From October to December 2021, Dr. Saini has preformed two separate out patient procedures for epidural nerve block injections in my lower back for sciatica nerve pain. As of January 2022, I no longer had any sciatica nerve pain in my butt or in my legs. Today is June 18, 2022 and I am still sciatica nerve pain free. I would definitely recommend Advance Pain Management to anyone that has any kind of pain. I am now getting nerve pain ablations in both of my knees for bone on bone knee pain. In my next post, I will keep you all up to date on how the pain ablations worked. so far so good on the pain ablations, I just had my last ablation in my left knee, now with having both knees done. I still have a small amount of pain, but I think the pain is caused from a bone problem not nerves.
