second time in 5years got lipomas removed... excellent and caring doctors and staff
I would rather die of skin cancer before I ever go back here! The employees are rude and the billing department is the worst! My bill was less than two weeks old when they started adding fees and threatening collections! If you call the office to talk to someone it takes them days to return your call. This is hands down the worst medical group that I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Go anywhere else, for your own sanity, unless you like to waste your time dealing with incompetence
Let me just start of by saying that Dylan Irish (PA - physician assistant) is freakin amazing! I had a bump around my knee for about two years and I thought not a big deal it's fine. However, it's started to grow and I was like okay I need to get this checked out. My boyfriend was actually shadowing Dylan at the time as he is trying to get into PA school. My boyfriend had nothing but great things to say about him so I said okay I would like to give him my business and would like to see for myself! The first appointment was quick and efficient. the staff was super friendly and so welcoming. Dylan was straight to business and knew exactly what it was right away. He's so good at his job that he was like that's a cyst in a matter of like a minute. Everything I was guessing was totally wrong but hey I'm just glad he knew what it was and what to do with it. He injected it that day, got me on some antibiotics, and then said okay we need to schedule for an incision. I wanted to wait until after my volleyball tournament which I explained to him and he totally compromised with me. I like that he took into account my daily activities and let me play up until my tournament. The day of the surgery was a breeze. Dylan did the surgery in like 25-30 minutes which was fast and it wasn't painful. He gave me clear instructions on what to do and I promised him I would listen to him. He told me not to exercise or play volleyball for two weeks which was kind of hard for me to do but I did it anyways because he told me not to and it would help with my healing.I just got my stitches removed today and he said it looks great. Overall the experience has been nothing but great and I would recommend him 10000%. It's nice to have someone take care of you that knows what there doing and is good at it! Thanks Dylan Irish for everything! You are seriously the best and I can't thank you enough!
It is incredibly difficult to get ahold of this office or a call back after leaving a message.
It is impossible to get a hold of any person in this company. Don't bother leaving a call back number or a voicemail, it will never be returned! I have been waiting and waiting to receive test results back but haven't heard anything. Just a terrible practice overall if you can't be available to your patients simple requests.

If you’re only going for cosmetics, have fun. If not, don’t bother showing up. Before I start, I just want to say that I’m currently a 3rd year student studying pre med. When I go to the doctors, it’s because I already know something is wrong I just need them to confirm it and write a prescription. So you could imagine my surprise when I have to beg my doctor to take another look at a rash and irregular spots for her to finally decide that it is, in fact, something I need to worry about. I can ignore the fact that no one tried to pronounce my name right, even after I corrected them. I can also ignore the fact that they were pedaling products all over the walls and that my doctor was only in my room for 2 minutes. I can even ignore the fact that they failed to tell me that I could only get one concerning area looked at per visit. But I can’t ignore poor judgment from someone who went to college to treat people.
It is hard to get ahold of this office. Last week it took me two days of calling during different times throughout the day to get someone to answer in a separate department than what I needed. When given the option to be called back the phone hangs up every time. I try holding and no one picks up. When I went in for my appointment I saw that there were three people in the waiting area who didn’t wait long to be seen and the front staff talking about other things while possibly doing admin work. None of them answered calls. I am not sure what system they have set up but it seems that you have to drive to the office to get in contact. They put the wrong information in the system so I can’t access the portal. They corrected information twice and I still can’t access it. It takes 1.5 days to receive a text back through their text messaging and online chat.
Zero stars! The worst clinic in Arizona. The "Results Department"is worthless. I was on hold for 35 minutes only to be told that no staff was available to disclose the biopsy results. The Patient Portal is not updated by the clinician. I do not recommend this practice!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
