This company takes advantage os seniors as reflected by their incompetent billing department. They sent me a bill for over $500 for glasses I had already paid for. CSR Vasti barely spoke english and when I asked for her supervisor named Valerie I got no return call. They were unapoligetic for their error. Plenty of other vision providers in the Phoenix area....stay away from this company!

The waiting period was very long to see the specialist. The 2hr waiting period included 2 tests prior to seeing the specialist. Aside from that, staff was nice.

My experience at the center was very pleasant. However, they did tell me that driving home wouldn’t be a problem after they dilated my eyes. Not true. It was a huge problem for me.

In the two years I have been going to BDP, I have seen two retinal specialists, one corneal specialist for a corneal transplant, several other ophthalmologists, and multiple optometrists. I have found them all to be uniformly excellent.

If you want doctors who care and get excellent results .. Barnet-Dulaney-Perkins is the place to go. Dr Brian Stephens has made my dry eyes better than anyone ever has. He listens carefully, then comes up with a game plan. Personalized care that works! He’s the best. 👍👍

My insurance has a $20 co-pay, which is fine. Dr Horseman spent less than 2 minutes with me. That's baloney.
