List of Anesthesia Partners Of Arizona Llc's Reviews
Make sure to file a dispute to BBB! Over a year after my surgery this magically shows up on my credit report. Not a single phone call, piece of mail, email. Somehow, I had two surgeries and two sets of bills and this is the only company that never sent a bill and sent me directly to collections? I’ve already sent a dispute for my credit report.
This organization has to be investigated! I recently had surgery and got all of my EOBs from my insurance, received bills from every one except the anesthesiologist. After finding out who to contact regarding my bill, I was told it already went to collections. I asked why they never sent a bill and was told they were sent to my old address from 22 years prior. I was told that the information came from the hospital where the surgery was performed which is a total lie! All my other bills came to the correct address, and I guarantee that the proper address was used during the check-in procedure prior to surgery. Upon looking up the Anesthesiologist partnership online, I was shocked to see all the negative reviews from people with the same exact complaints.I'm filing complaints with every medical investigative organization I can find including the local news station until someone looks into this! Something needs to be done.
Good grief. You would think they could get their billing straight in this day and age. I still receive bills after paying the bill over a month ago. Now they threaten to go to a collection agency.
I was pretty upset when I first called because I received a bill that I thought should be paid by my insurance. Once they explained that my insurance company applied the balance to my deductible and they don't determine how much I pay, my insurance does based on the plan I chose, made perfect sense. I also learned there is no such thing as billing in or out of network, the insurance company processes the claim in or out of network. Billing is the same across the board for everyone. I am happy to have learned this information and I now have a better understanding of insurance and what my EOB says. I ended on a VERY POSITIVE note.
How this practice is able to do this is beyond my comprehension. I had an emergency surgery a couple of months ago and i have been paying my bills on time for all the different places but i never got a bill from this company and like everybody else is saying.. i was sent straight to collections. I am wondering if we can submit a complaint in a place that can punish them for real...
Don't get anesthesia from here! I will always ask going forward before it's administered. I never received any bill, email, phone Call, or voice-mail for services my son received from them. But I got a text from a collections agency saying my account was delinquent! I have no issues paying the bill but if I don't receive it how am I supposed to know it exists! Like all the other reviews, this place has bad billing practices!!
I don’t understand how they get away with these practices but like many others in these reviews, I was never sent a bill nor had any idea a bill existed. I then received a message from a collections agency after it was reported on my credit that I had an outstanding balance. Avoid this company at all cost. In fact if you have a medical procedure scheduled, I would verify this LLC is not involved at all in the billing process. Otherwise find a new place to get a medical procedure.
The fact that this group of doctors has such poor billing (and dishonest) practices leads me to believe they don't care about their patients! In the future, I will ask who the anesthesist is and refuse treatement if it's Anesthesia Partners of Arizona. I advise you to do the same. My bill was sent to collections before the insurance company paid, since St. Joseph's hospital kept coding the shoulder replacement as outpatient surgery when it was in-patient surgery. I started to make payments to the bill collector just to stop the calls. I paid $50 a month for 24 months. Eventually, the ridiculousness of the situation caused me to contact Anesthesia Partners of Arizona and they said that my bill was only $42.41 after the insurance paid. Guess what, Anesthesia Partners received two years of monthly payments and due to TWO systems "not talking to each other", they never credited my account. Nor would they have, if I never called. Thiefs, greedy dogs, self-serving accounting procedures. There should be laws against this practice.
Stay away! The reviews dont lie! They don’t send bills till over a year past service date and don’t bill insurance, just send you the full bill. And they say they are going to bill insurance then send you to collections and when you call to see why they sent you they say “oh we are waiting for a manager to bill insurance because we can’t because it’s over a year” which the insurance rejects as it’s been a year past service date. Stay away! Twice now this is my experience and clearly I’m not alone.
I never received a bill however it was reported to the credit bureau. Upon calling, the address they had on file was old address. I made the full payment. The collection was removed in Feb 2023. Unfortunately it is reported to the credit bureau again. Such a bad service. Unable to talk to the manager. First person that I called was very rude and abrupt. I will give a zero star if I could.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
