No regard for people's valuable time. I was told xrays were done a walk in basis. I even tried to call but got a recording that said exactly that over and over. I drove over, walked in and was told xrays were closed until 11. Put that on your website or on that stupid recording or answer your phone to notify people! It's really not that hard. Waste of time and energy, especially when in pain.

The staff is super friendly and kind. My appointment was on time and the nurses and doctor explained things well and very supportive, I totally can see how dignty health stays true to their motto “Humankindness”!!! Would totally recommend and continue future care with them. Having experienced bad customer service with SimonMed, I’m glad I found Arizona diagnostic radiology!!!

These guys are awesome! Got me in early, joked around a little. Were very personable and made me feel complety confident to get put into the tube. I even dozed off a couple times. I was there on 6/10 at 3:20 even though my appointment was not until 4 and even though people were coming in they still were able to offer a personalized genuine experience for me. Thanks guys!
