Fast friendly efficient servixe
Staff was welcoming and efficient!
On point. Thorough. Professional.
Amazing, all the staff very attentive, friendly and efficient
I will 100% recommend them to anyone. I reserved a spot online for 11:45, I showed up 10 min early as requested and I was out of the office by 12:05 with a doctor note and all my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. From the front desk (didn't catch his name) to the The assistant that triaged me, they were both nice (I didn't catch her name either). The PA Kevin was awesome. He came right in, had a very friendly personality and was able to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. I'm very pleased with the care I received.
Great flu shot no pain
I trusted Banner Healthcare with my life on 11 October 2023 ...and I maintain my trust in ALL Banner Health facilities to this day. Each and every Banner facility and Banner provider I’ve seen, since 11 Oct: 1. Banner Desert Hospital, Mesa, ICU 2. Jared, physical therapist, Banner provided 3. Dave, occupational therapist, Banner provided 4. Banner Urgent Care has been the absolute BEST care I’ve ever received in Arizona. In fact, the Banner neurosurgeon, who attended me in ICU for a traumatic brain injury (with 2 brain bleeds), they called to schedule a CT scan and follow-up vist for later in November. Wow. Great care and great follow through.
They were really great with my small child. She has some pretty bad doctor anxiety and they were amazing with her, she didn’t shed a tear.
My throat was swelling and I was having difficulty swallowing and breathing when laying down. Due to the hours could not get into my primary doctor and because of how fast my throat was swelling, I needed to be proactive and went to Urgent Care. They did a strep test said it was negative and thereby nothing else they could do and have me swollen a liquid steroid. I feel my time and money were wasted. I have much work to do and can’t not be, nor want to be, sick. I was attempting to remain proactive on my health and found this visit disappointing. I’m still sick today, had a difficult night sleeping, and all which I was trying to prevent.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for care and was completely disregarded. I was given a rapid strep test, which has never came back positive for me even though I always end up having it. After they got the negative test anything I said about my past experiences was disregarded even though the same thing happened last year and I ended up in the ER for strep after urgent care refused to give me care when I had a negative rapid test. The doctor even told me that antibiotics (the treatment for strep throat) would not treat my strep but treat the symptoms. Additionally, the doctor seeing me was hyper focused on covid instead of listening to what I was saying. This place employs people that have no regard for patient experience and no knowledge of how antibiotics work.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
