I'd read some negative reviews about this medical group and a single negative review about the provider I was going to see, Dr. Clyde Mendonca, so I was a bit nervous. The facility itself is attractive. The interiors are clean. The check-in clerk was very courteous and pleasant but VERY slow. Slow talking, slow moving. This was my first appointment with Dr. Mendonca. He listened to my wide-ranging description of what had happened over the last 3 months with my health very politely and made important points along the way, which I appreciated. He ordered some tests which I thought were logical and I'll be getting those at the facility next month. I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Mendonca and I'm looking forward to working with him in the future as he treats my condition.

Love Dr. Mendonca but office needs training! Have tried to call 4 times. Each time on hold 45 minutes then when I get someone they disconnect. Need permission from Dr. Mendonca to take a new RX for head pain and cannot get help at all. Today the girl said if you disconnect I will call you back, promise. NO CALL and I am in so much pain!!!!!

First visit with the Dr today and he put me at ease. Very knowledgeable and this is the first time I have ever recommended a Dr or wrote a review on one.

While in clinic Dr CM hardly ever responds to nurses that need his permission to do the most harmless deviation from his “orders”. If you need more fluid pulled every, ones hands are tied. Until they get permission from Lord Mendonca. The charge nurse wants me to come to this freak show and get stuck again. Everything is so locked down that it eliminates any human discretion. Until Lord Mendonca speaks something into existence it’s not possible.

Hospital visit necessitated his presence. Very glad to have him now as my permanent nephrology Specialist. Every Type 1 diabetic should have one. This gentleman has excellent temperament, knowledge, and administration. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr. Mendonca is wonderful and then some. He is attentive, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, caring and a wonderful doctor to have on your side if you have health issues. I am so impressed with the level of care he has given and the time he has spent with me. He is up to date on all the latest techniques and yet brings that old school caring doctor feel to his practice. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Mendonca. I recommend him to all my friends. I
