Incredibly incompetent office staff. I've literally been trying for 3 months to get Dr. Martin's office to send documentation to Medicare to get my mom's prescription for Dex Com sensors approved. I've taken her to several appointments etc. And as of today they have yet to send the documentation for a prior authorization. In the meanwhile my mother continues to experience hypoglycemic episodes in the middle of the night because she doesn't have the sensors. I've completely given up on them and I'm finding a new doctor for her.

Dr. Martin always listens and I don't feel rushed when in her office. I schedule for all major issues to me and will use the PA's for prescriptions etc.

I used to visit Dr. Martin before the pandemic. In my experience then, she was very helpful and willing to listen and work with me with issues I was experiencing. In my memory, she was also very compassionate and friendly during my visits. She was out of network for me for a bit and when I saw she was in network for me again, I was excited to visit with her again. This most recent visit was very different, she seemed almost annoyed and hurried to finish talking with me. I told her symptoms I was having and she gave me the "it could be anything, i don't know" response. I had the last appointment of the day so i'm not sure if she was ready to be done with her day, but she seemed very cold and willing to give me any answer to just get me to leave. I had read about some solutions for issues i was having, asked her about them and her response was basically "sure you could do that, i don't know if it'll help". basically left this previous visit feeling totally ignored and having lukewarm answers to my questions. I will have to pay for another visit with another doctor.

Two years ago I came to Dr Martin and said, “I’m fat because I drink too much wine because my back hurts, probably because I’m fat.” Today I’m alcohol free, I’ve had a very successful radio frequency ablation T 4-6 and now I’m loosing weight…… first 15 lbs down! It wasn’t a simple journey, but one of many trials and errors and try agains. Dr. Martin you’ve changed the trajectory of my life!

Do Not Recommend - At All Are you looking for a condescending, arrogant doctor who is -- as a bonus -- not up to date with current preventative care information, forgets what she prescribed you, rushes you through an appointment, AND gives you the constant eye-roll when you're talking? Well, look no farther than Tracey Martin. I just had a wellness check up with her and am grateful that she reminded me why I need to find a new doctor. Today was my last time seeing this waste of my time.

Dr. Martin is a Godsend. She was my PA under Dr. Wright for many years. I chose her to be my physician when Dr. Wright's program changed. Dr. Martin has assisted me through my breast cancer, stress, emotional issues with work and family and has prescribed the correction medication. I am so very appreciative of her, her candoe and professionalism.
