would give 0 stars if I could. Called this location to transfer my prescription FROM CVS to their pharmacy; they told me to call CVS. CVS tells me legally that the Pharmacy that will be taking on my prescription has to call them, so Evernorth should've helped me in the first place. Evernoth has great prices, but they just annoyed me so badly that I kept my prescription with CVS. The employees here need to be taught how transfers are supposed to work.

Mishandling of labs caused me to have to do test again go somewhere else. They dont always post results in the patient portal. People at the front desk watch YouTube videos on their phones.

I have been with Cigna for decades and ever since they changed to Evernorth and started dropping vision, podiatry and becoming just a family practice facility on Baseline in Tempe, I have been so very disappointed. Why change something that was working so well? It's better to have a one-stop facility where you can get all of your healthcare needs accomplished rather than going to different facilities according to who you need to see. Last visit I went in for my physical and then was told I had to go to the pharmacy to pick up my RSV shot and then recheck in to have it administered. Now their radiology department is farmed out and so you have to sign up again for that work to be done. So much more of a hassle.

Review is for the Pediatric section Dr Marias is great with my kids. Very professional and great kid-friendly bed side manners. The nurse was always gentle and quick with vaccinations. Let's not forget the awesome prize chest. My kids looked forward to that. We only came here for their yearly well-check appointments and had a great experience everytime, from scheduling all the way to seeing the doctor. Evernorth is discontinuing Pediatrics this year and transitioning services to Banner Children's.
