List of Ghassan Fraij's Reviews
First, so Health Grades does not refuse to post this as they did my first: This review does not reflect on this provider's expertise or skill, but is just my own experience. Other patients deserve to hear the bad with the good. An ER admitted me to observation for CHF in May. Fraij was paged since he was my cardiologist (for two months). He never showed up and I had to request a second Cardiologist to assume my care. This cost me two additional days in the hospital, as all they needed was Fraij's consult to release me. For this reason I switched to a new Cardiologist. It took seven calls and over two months before Fraij's office would release my Medtronics Reports to my new Cardiologist. Follow-up and reliability do not define a physician's skill. This does not reflect negatively on his clinical competence.
Dr Fraij probably saved my life. I was given an appointment with him early Friday morning, and he decided that I should get a Cardio Angiogram that day because he did not want to delay over the weekend. To cut a long story short, I was kept in Banner Desert hospital over the weekend for observation, during which I had a serious cardiac event. I was stabilized on Dr Fraij's directions and he was able to fix my issue on Monday. This was an unusual problem. I have been fine since.Banner Dessert was also great.
We are just at the beginning of our engagement with Dr. Fraij, but after two cath procedures as an inpatient - we are truly impressed. Will update this review over time.
Dr. Ghassan Fraij is a great doctor. My mother has been seeing Dr. Ghassan now for many years. We are thankful to have him. He's a doctor that actually cares about his patients well being. Staff is also friendly as well.
الطبيب فريج إنسان ذكي و متفهم و حريص على صحة مرضاه و يستمع للنهايةشكراً جزيلاً 🌷
I would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Fraij. He is gentle, soft spoken and kind, but most of all so knowledgeable about matters of the heart! He takes time to explain everything to me. I feel very lucky I found him!
I will agree to his personal care of patience. However before this doctor went out on his own after being connected with another cardivascular office of which interfered with one of his patients care, he let something pass, as I have come to learn many others in the field also have, and that is a prescreening test when time allowed for a pre operative test regarding allergic activity to materials within the doctor chosen implant devices. I would highly suggest, after watching someone I truly love and care for and much more since tragedy, that you request an allergy test be performed prior to the knowledge of any medical devices implanted. Once they are in it is difficult to find someone to remove them. I thank the higher power above for finding someone to do just that for my loved one. I also learned that had it been in heart area, they could not have been able to remove them. I know medicine excels daily and other devices created as a result. I hope one day changes will be made to help to prevent such situations from ever being an issue. We continue to deal with matters as a result from our horrific experience of materials rejected from body after the implant and after removing them (3).
When you dictate your reports, try not to snort and swallow your nasal mucus after each and every sentence.
Dr. Fraij is so patient! He takes his time to explain everything, all your options. Excellent staff, best doctor ever!
Outstanding, caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a cardiologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
