Awhile back I went to Dr. Hamilton for a hernia repair. My insurance had lapsed, due to me taking off a year to address some health concerns and recover from two previous surgeries. Dr. Hamilton told me that I had to lose 50 pounds and get my health insurance back before he could / would operate. He also stated that it was not "life threatening", even though it was about 25 cm wide. This past Thursday, Dr. Treneth Baker at Kelsey Siebold performed my surgery. When I told him about my consult with the other Dr., he stated that my hernia was one of the largest that he had seen and that I shouldn't have waited so long to have it repaired. He also did an awesome job and no mesh was needed. PLEASE , GET SECOND OPINIONS!

This surgeon is very organized, straightforward, and really caring. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and everything was very punctual. Surgery was schedule that same week and recovery was excellent!

A friend of mine, contacted him in the evening with my concern and he was willing to either meet me in the ER that night or I could come to the office in the am. I was worked into the schedule the following morning with minimal wait time and had surgery the same day.
