PA Elizabeth was so tender and explained everything to my daughter. She was worried about stitches but we were able to do steri strips and she took the time to numb and ease her through it

Incompetent front desk staff. Filled out online and told them which pharmacy to use. Upon leaving facility I Was told my Rx was being sent to a different pharmacy. I said that was incorrect and was assured my Rx was being sent where requested. Arrived to local pharmacy and found out they sent it to Houston TX! This was an extra hassle I did not need when sick.

Made an appointment and still had a long wait time. The pa barely swabbed my throat and didn't even take my temperature. They only tested me for one thing and nothing else and I saw the doctor for a total of 1 minute for her to tell me I don't have strep throat. Costs way too much for the treatment to be like this.

Both times I've come to this location I was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff were great and moved everything along promptly.

They would not answer the phone had to drive back down there to tell them my script was never called in it was actually sent to the wrong pharmacy

Got there at 8:03 only to be met at the door by someone saying they were “actually closed today, our provider isn’t here.”Unprofessional.How do u only have ONE PROVIDER AVAILABLE ANYWAY.Step it up.We pay u way too much to be inconvenienced because YOU PEOPLE don’t have enough staff.How bout hire someone besides ditzy teenage girls that are sharp as a bowling ball.

Would recommend next care, they have a quick and easy process. The staff and the PA my daughter saw were professional and very nice! Would come back for any urgent needs we may have!

I went in with a severe fever, overall body pains and such, on a Tuesday evening. They called me with my lab results on Thursday morning, I immediately called back and have since done so (it’s Saturday now at 3pm), and no one has returned my calls. But the health department has blown up my phone, saying someone with my phone number registered as positive for Covid. To hear from the health department instead of a doctor is truly unacceptable. Horrible customer care here. I understand you’re very busy, but it’s now been 3 days, after you told me my results are in but no one is calling me back to give me my results. I have stayed on hold for over an hour and a half, waiting for someone to take my call, only to be told that someone will call me back. I would rather pay extra for a better customer experience. It’s terrifying when the health department is calling you instead of your doctor.Update: It is now 3 1/2 weeks later with no call back or response to my Covid test. How is this acceptable? Worse urgent care of all time!!
