Lied about the timeframe of getting my glasses. No apology when I showed up, the other lady greeted a customer with a big smile like I was not standing there first. Rude customer service deserves a negative response. I had to call this store for my status after 2 months. They never contacted me, so my insurance company held the funds. Somehow I got my glasses the following day.

Such an amazing optical! Michaela greeted us when we walked in to purchase glasses and pointed us in the right direction. I worked with Jori to purchase a new set with the ruby transitions and they’re so cute! High quality products delivered by high quality people. I will for sure continue to come back every year for a fresh pair.
