If you are worried about losing your hair, you need to check this place out. They were super easy to work with. I set up a consultation from out of state and they were very flexible with my time. Once I got on site and met with the doctor, he actually talked me out of a FUE procedure. I was pretty surprised, but he decided we should try medication first and look again in a year. I’m giving them five stars for their honesty and customer service. I can’t wait to see the progress moving forward.

Over the last 30 years I've had a couple of hair transplants using “the strip” technique. I found Dr Dewanjee using Google search. Then I went ahead and researched the Better Business Bureau and on yelp reviews as well as Google reviews. I saw only a few reviews, but they were all extremely positive. I decided to roll the dice and so far I'm pleasantly surprised. The staff was pretty relaxed and easy to work with. The pricing was reasonable, but what was the most interesting was the robotic extraction system. During previous experiences I had been using a strip technique which involves extracting approximately a 3 inch strip of your scalp. This can leave a scar course, which is not really that big of a deal since your hair covers it up once it's grown out. In the case of Robotic Hair Rx, they had a pretty interesting robot that extracted each hair follicle through a tube-like needle which then pulled it out for the technician to grab with tiny forceps. The doc did a great job of explaining each step in the process, but what gave me the most comfort was the technicians had anywhere between 10 and 23 years of experience. Overall, it was a great experience. It took pretty much most of the day from 8 AM to 5 PM. The first night wasn't too bad and the second night was pretty easy since the donor area did not involve a big cut. I'm optimistic that my hair will grow out nicely.

These folks rock! The technology is cutting edge, and the ambiance of the room is very warm and inviting. Even if you are just wondering about anything they provide, they will sit in a private room with you and answer your questions for as long as it takes, and make you feel like you can ask them anything. I'm not even sure they are allowed to say no... probably would even take you to the fair for a funnel cake and help you win a goldfish if you asked. You stand around a 0.0% chance of regretting a consultation if you get Hailey. I spent about a year researching and emailing before I came in person. You can read all you want on the internet and correspond via email, or come spend an hour here and get real-time feedback and leave feeling confident that you made the right choice. 💪

This review has been long over due! Dr. Dewanjee is a phenomenal individual! He always goes above and beyond for all his patients! He did a hair transplant for my dad and the results are amazing! The transplant process was so smooth! Using advanced technology, there is no scarring and quicker healing than traditional methods by hand! Being a nurse, I must say the work was very pristine and clean! Best part of all, his prices are also amazing and very competitive than any other office in the area! Definitely a must if you’re looking for a hair transplant!

A great group of individuals to work with from beginning to end. The actually work the robot completes is amazing along with the efforts the team puts in to complete the process. 3 weeks since the transplants and the hairs are still growing. I am excited for a full head of hair in the near future. I highly recommend this company and everyone that was involved in the process.
