I had to go to an alternate Simon Med facility in order to be able to receive my MRI scan due to a need for a larger opening to the actual machine. The technician doing the job was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the execution of her role. This overall experience (as a whole) was average yet the actual engagement with the technician and the MRI was excellent. Thank you!F. Vega

The receptionist was very professional and greeted me when I walked in. The MRI technician was very patient it made me feel very comfortable. I usually get nervous However they made me feel really relaxed

Reception personnel were very helpful. Did not have to wait long and she provided me with a disc of my imaging before I leftGary was very informative about the procedure and was able to help me stay calm before and during the MRI. Best outcome I have ever had with a MRI

They don't take calls here, so if you're wanting to check timing or see if their lobby is full because you're immune compromised they will ignore you and hang up the phone. I was in the lobby and tried calling. The tech made up for it by being nice though.

They where extremely nice and very kind. It was my first time getting an MRI and I was kinda nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable. I couldnt of had a better overall experience:)!!
