List of Alliance Urgent Care's Reviews
It was fast and they prescribed me meds that I needed.
I was happy I was able to get my daughter to be seen after going to 2 other urgent cares and them not having any openings. Receptionist and medical assistant very nice, however, the Dr that saw my daughter said “why am I here in it’s kind of early”, as if I should wait for her to have worse symptoms. I work with Covid patients and was worried I may have brought that home and her symptoms were those as if Covid positive symptoms. I’d rather be safe than sorry. Bedside manners not so good.
They were quick and very caring. Would recommend them to friends and family.
I've been going here for a couple years and it was ok, never had this problem..... but brought my son in because he had a bad sore throat, vomiting, could not keep anything down, high fever up to 103.8, and aching all over. The PA came in he seemed very nice, but I explained everything he checked his ears, looked in his throat, checked his lungs, and felt his stomach. Said well it's sounds like Covid, so he sawbed for that and it was negative. So I said what about strep he said no it's viral, it has to run its course..... did NOT swab for step, just assumed it wasn't. WELL, IT WAS STREP... and my son that night got violently even more sick. I called the after hours line for his pediatrician and she said to bring him to the ER if I couldn't get him to stop throwing up and made an appointment for me to bring him in when they opened. As soon she checked him she said it's full blown strep. He's loaded with white dots on his throat. By then he was so sick he couldn't keep anything down AT ALL, kept throwing up the medication. I called her back and she said I had to take him to the ER to get a shot. Took him to Phx children's Hospital and they looked at him and his throat and said yes no question its strep, but then his fever was back up to 103.5. They gave him the penicillin shot which was awful 😖, he screamed it hurt so bad... motrin and zofran.. An hour later he finally was having some relief. This could have all been avoided if that PA sawb him and I for strep.... which is what he should have done. We both went in to get checked because I started not feeling well either. I called and talked to the lady at the front, she put me through to the directors voice-mail, told him everything that happened. I've still to get a call back, he called back. He was very nice and made it as right as he could. Lost numerous amounts of work hours, paid for 3 co-pays, on top of I've got it too and had to go to get antibiotics for myself after taking care of all this for my son. This is the worst care I've ever experienced, especially that the director still hasn't called me back... he called back
Lady came in with her baby with blue lips and they just turned her away didn't call 911 for her or anything they did said go to ER didn't ask Dr or anything hopefully baby survives
Always fast and takes care of you
After being refused health care attention at Banner Urgent Care for both my son and, I drove to Alliance Urgent Care. The receptionist was amazing, so was the nurse and doctor. We felt so welcomed. We got the medical attention needed. We were in and out with no issues. Thanks Alliance!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
