I had an appointment At 1:15 PM. It is now 2.22 and have been waiting. Maybe it's my age or the fact that it is a mediocre Dr's office. Not sure what the issue is. I reserve judgement on medical treatment for a serious medical treatment. Until I speak with the Dr. I think they forgot I am waiting in the room. More to come.Once the Dr came in the visit was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and caring Doctor. I definitely will see her again however the visit time needs to be cut shorter on the waiting side.

The Marana Health Care Clinics are awful hands down terrible on customer and patient care . No smiles or have hellos upon entry of office so customer service is a zero. I’m just a number in the waiting line the very long waiting line of this clinic. The communication within the office is non existent no one ever takes the time to figure out what needs to be done to help me on the phone they excuse themselves by placing blame on me. I didn’t do enough by showing up for an appt that some how was scheduled at the only office I have ever attended but was closed for cleaning on a weekday. I arrive and no one is there phones are not rerouted but only voicemail and zero availability to aid me when I needed care. There isn’t accommodations for stay home mothers with children there is ZERO follow through with this office to accommodate teleappoints in a timely manner or in person appts for that matter. This office has never run on time for any appt that I have had in the last 20 years. Poorly run office rude staff zero customer service and the inability to put the patient first. I do NOT recommend Marana Health Care Clinics in Tucson.

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very positive! Staff was very efficient also.

I am a victim of sexual abuse. Dr. Constantino talked to me and guided me better than ANY therapist I’ve ever had. I would recommend her to anyone but especially those with sexual abuse trauma.

Never ever choose this Doctor! I had my first baby delivered with her, and never again any future babies with this doctor...I told her many times that I had an infection up in my uterus due to my preganncy and she lost her temper and soon wiped my own blood on my inner thigh, I then immediately told her I am doen and she can stop and I'll find another OB doctor. She wanted me to have a C-section and I didn't want to ..it was soo bad I delivered she was late to my first delivery..and she cut me in a spot I will now have to have special surgery on ..at which time I was under meds and the impression I got was trust her and she wouldn't make any mistakes...6 months I was in severe infections up in my uterus and she would brutally push my concerns aside. When switching different doctors they said I was heavily infected and treated me right away. If I was rich od sue the doctor a grip. But because I have Acches they though it was funny to also have a collection agency call me all the time without removing my number from their collection files. I did go in and spoke t her rude passive aggressive MA and she laughed and told me "oh your right yea that would be a pain getting all those collection calls Haha I'll remove your number from the list." No sympathy and if you have acches you will be judged with her..you will be treated her by her and her faculty..you will be overheard and lied to..as many of my personal friends have had her and told me same . It's your choice if you want to be ...i'll infected and not treated or brushed because she tell her staff to tell u not to see u as a patient that day.. basically she already fired you as a patient and yet she will take u when she is free from playing her tennis game on her own time. Lol but you have been warned.

Very unprofessional, she’s too busy and isn’t even the practitioner you’re seen by she passes you on to her nurse practitioner. Twice I’ve been rescheduled because her schedule got changed, very unprofessional I do not recommend her services. My sister had her as her obgyn for her entire pregnancy and dr constantino didn’t see her more than a handful of times her nurse practitioner delivered my nephew.

I would highly recommend Dr. Constantino, she is without a doubt one of the best Obstetricians in Tucson, she delivered my first child and really made me feel like she cared and like I was family. I was new in town and had no family here but she always made me feel at ease. I had no problems with her at the hospital she was there at midnight delivering my child. I did not however care much for the nurse practitioner who you sometimes see in the beginning or in between visits, I found her to be a little rude sometimes and even raised by blood pressure once and they had to retake it at the end of my visit. Her medical assistants and front office staff were always kind and professional. Overall, the dr is great and I would see her again!

Wonderful doctor! I've recommended her to so many people and they've all had wonderful experience as well.
