If i could give this zero stars I would. I picked this particular Dr. Because she was close to my home, under my insurance plan and i heard such wonderful things about her. When i called the office to make an appointment i was told that i would have to be in a membership program in order to see her and it would cost me 200 bucks a month. I have been i the medical field for 20 years and i have never heard of such a thing. Of she doesn't take UnitedHealth she shouldn't be listed as a provider

I called main number to inquire if they are accepting new patients as their website states and was told neither one is accepting new patients. I told the lady nicely that the website should reflect that.

Dr. Bacchus-Morris, Dr. Morris and their entire team are the most compassionate, caring, knowledgable and professional group of medical providers I have had. I am so grateful that I switched over to this medical group. I have always been treated with respect and my concerns are dealt with appropriately. I never am made to feel like I'm wasting their time. Everyone in the practice are so wonderful to work with. I am so honored to provide them with an exceptional rating. Extra shoutout to Melissa for always being so compassionate and going the extra mile as an aesthetician....you rock!

The Drs are amazing but when you leave the ER and are told you need a STAT follow up the front office shouldn’t be giggling on the phone and carrying on with the UPS man while listening! Be a little more professional you have patients who are scared and concerned!!!!!!

Very good service Dr Bacchus Morris is very professional. She will make you feel very comfortable.She is easy to talk to about anything. She doesnt rush you through things and listens to what you tell her. And she does what ever it takes to make you better!

Dr Bacchus is one of the best doctors I've ever had for Primary Care. She is likable, kind, knowledgeable, and she actually listens to her patient's experiences. She is always supported by extremely efficient, courteous staff.

My first visit with Dr. Bacchus was June 2020. I want to say Thank you for a great experience! Both Melissa and Maria whom I met firsthad wonderful personalities and great professionalism. I felt comfortable from the very beginning. Place was very clean and special touches that didn't feel like a your traditional Dr. visit. I felt so calm and cared for. There was a television playing the most relaxing sea music that kept me very relaxed especially knowing I was going to receive the procedure, The O shot which I will review as I experience my results. Dr. Bacchus was everything I hoped for. I had a virtual first visit with her that was on my cell phone, which was very convenient and took only about 10 minutes. Dr. Bacchus was sincere which is very important to me. She explained everything in detail and kept me informed in every step she was going to do next. Always asking if I was comfortable. I felt no pain, she has a very gentle hand. I highly recommend visiting her practice!

I first met Dr. Bacchus in 2014 and was amazed with her demeanor, wisdom, and professional ability. She later had to leave the office she was working at and it took me about 2 years to find where she is now working. I took the time to find her again because she is my type of doctor. Friendly, very professional, and very straight forward. I am 74 years old, spent 20 years in the military so I have seen a lot of Dr.'s. She is, for me, the number one PCP th the Tucson,Az. area.

Dr. B and her staff are truly great people. I never have a bad experience from the time I enter the office until I leave. The doctor always reviews my medical issues and reports completely and answers any questions I have.
