Dr Rao and his staff are amazing! Dr Rao is very skilled. He takes his time, listens to you and his work is impeccable. Everyone in his office has been great to deal with. From scheduling appointments to answering questions, they know what they're doing. I highly recommend Dr Rao for any cosmetic or reconstructive needs!

Already disappointed and haven’t even had an appointment. I set up online to be contacted by the team of Dr Rao and haven’t heard back from him or his team, I set it up January 4th and still haven’t heard back. Today I called the office just for the office lady to be rude and condescending to me about being closed. Discouraging because I was really looking forward to this appointment.

I had a great experience at Dr. Rao‘s office. Upon walking in I noticed the office was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very warm and friendly from checkin all the way through checkout. I was seen at the exact time of my appointment. Dr. Rao was very friendly and extremely professional. He did a wonderful job explaining treatment options. He listened to all my questions and concerns and gave very clear and concise answers. You can definitely tell he is not pushing extensive and more expensive surgery. He listened to my personal goals and desired outcome and ended up recommending something less invasive. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Rao.

Last year in October, I went in for a consult with Dr Rao to discuss breast implant exchange. Dr Rao was very busy and did not spend much time talking to me about what I was looking for. I Was given a cost estimate that day and was told they would call me to discuss a surgery date. Never heard back…Several months went by and I received a call that my surgery was scheduled in 2 weeks. I told the office manager I never heard back so I wasn’t having it done yet. She said they already put money down to hold the operating room. What?? That’s crazy. After that I called a couple of times to discuss appt dates without any return calls. Apparently the manager was let go but it didn’t seem to matter as they couldn’t get it together to schedule my surgery. Go somewhere else.

Everyone was very professional and they all made you feel like a part of the clinic family. Dr Rao was very professional and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and I know I am in very good hands!! Highly recommended!!
