Highly recommended as my primary care physician.

Waiting time was a little long but when she came in, she got right to it and I was out in less than 10 minutes

Having fatigue, signedshortness of breath, pressure and pain in chest with exertion. Low BP. Feel faint. Got referral to hematologist, ABI, and Cardiologist. Listened to all my issues

Dr. Ralph is a special doctor. My Husband and I are here today because of her on spot diagnosis and guidance. We are grateful for 26 years of excellent care.

Dr. Ralph is my elderly mother's primary care physician. It has taken over one month for her to call in refill prescriptions. My mom has to schedule transport to go to the doctor and has been on two occasions trying to get her prescriptions called in. This is something that should be able to be handled over the phone but due to the lack of response from Dr. Ralph and her staff she has to bear the expense of transport and the risk of a fall. We are in the process of finding a new doctor. Absolutely disgraceful patient care and attention.

Dr.Aspen Ralph is hard a unique to find Doctor these days. She is truly a professional, caring doctor. Which we desperately need today...

Dr Ralph has been nice and listen to our concerns and needs for my 90 yr old father. Her office staff on the other hand is atrocious! Impossible to get a call returned. Even going through the portal gets limited results. A referral was written for my dad for home health pt- the first referral was to a place that doesn’t do home health so MA had to call me back with names of who does do home health. I called with the fax information 4 days in a row and no call back- finally took the info into the office myself and MA was absolutely rude and disrespectful. The home health company called repeatedly to get the correct info on the referral and MA actually hung up on them. Three weeks later and after a ridiculous amount of times trying to resolve this we decided we had enough and changed providers. This office needs to get their act together and hire people that care for their clients and respond to communications in a timely manner! Will never recommend this office!

If you want to know what a poorly run office feels like, this doctor's office is your place. I’ve been trying to get a well-visit since October. I had not seen Dr. Ralph for an extended time, primarily because of the pandemic. The office person told me that I was no longer her patient. When the clerk offered Christine Munoz, I scheduled. Then I went to see her. I waited for 90 minutes only to be told, “Sorry, I’m running late.” Then I found out my appointment was not the well visit but rather the appointment “to establish care.” So today I was ten minutes late because of holiday and construction traffic and was told, Sorry, you have to reschedule.” I will NEVER return to this office again nor will my husband. Good luck with being treated with respect if you hope to get good patient care.
