Super sweet. Super nice to my little cousins. They are patient and really kind and understanding. They make it feel really cozy and make you wanna come back.

My physical therapist is Paul and he's professional and friendly. All the employees there are very friendly. It's nice that they can work around my crazy schedul.

I have zero complaints about this place. I came in with an injured shoulder and got a lot of help with getting rehabilitated. I did my PT sessions with Paul, but had interactions with a lot of other staff there. Everyone was real friendly, very professional, and genuinely interested in seeing progress in their customers. The environment was always relaxed and the facility was always clean. The sessions themselves were ideal.The sessions with Paul started off easy and gradually escalated into more challenging sessions. There was a lot of communication Paul and I shared that helped tailor the sessions to my needs. All in all, I highly recommend this place. I hope I never have to come back but if I do get hurt again, this will be my first choice.

I had an excellent experience with my physical therapist, Ben, and the technicians Devin and Damian, even Paul and Katie helped me out. Can't forget them or Dayanna at the front desk. They all helped me tremendously with my left shoulder rehabilitation, getting me to a point where I have a normal range of motion, and almost my original level of strength, too. I may be complete with my physical therapy, but I still have a ways to go to get where I want with my shoulder. The team here helped me beyond belief and I wanted to thank them all for their help.

I received a large surprise bill from this company ELEVEN MONTHS after receiving treatment from a PT provider they acquired during the course of my treatment. They never informed me I would be billed differently under the new company, but I definitely was. It's not clear to me whether that resulted from them no longer being in my insurance network or if they just bill very differently than the provider did when he was independent. My advice is to skip these big companies and look for an independent provider if you can find one. I won't be using Athletico again after this experience.Note, I was treated at a different location but it's the same company.

Do not go here for pelvic floor physical therapy! This is Maximum Impacts only location that does pelvic floor physical therapy and they shouldn't! Paul is the only person who "specializes" in this and clearly does not know what he is doing.The location is clearly not setup for this, the room they use for this very personal thing is an over sized closet. It is adjacent to the main therapy area which does not give much privacy. To make it even worse Paul left the door cracked open while we were talking about my vagina. It's a good thing I'm not shy because I'm sure the teenage boy and other therapists that were in the adjacent room could hear everything. When he went to do an actual examination of my vagina he used HAND SANITIZER instead of LUBE. This caused extreme irritation and burning. Considering I was already having issues (hence going to physical therapy for my vagina) this was absolutely detrimental to me. I was in complete shock and couldn't even put my thoughts together until hours later. Paul was entirely unhelpful, not even showing me where a bathroom was so I could try to clean up and gave no ideas to ease the immense pain. His only suggestion was to stop the exam (DUH!). If someone has to go to physical therapy for something this delicate the place doing the therapy should understand this and be careful to not to do something like this which makes matters so much worse. I called the next day to explain what happened and said that I believed I should get refunded for the deductible I paid (since this made my issue way worse, not better). I had to wait an extra day to talk to the district manager but they ended up agreeing. However, a month latter I received a bill from them for the entire cost of the visit. Turns out all they had done was refund my deposit, they didn't actually cancel it with my insurance which messed the whole thing up.The building is not setup for pelvic floor physical therapy, Paul is a disaster and they messed up the billing. All around this was a detrimental experience to me, my sanity and my vagina.
