Dr. G was reluctant to biopsy my enlarged prostate, so we followed a “wait and see” approach for 3 years with consistent bi-yearly visits. Finally he said it was time for an MRI, which was slowly followed by a biopsy. After he received the results, he waited two weeks to tell me the results—that I had advanced prostate cancer (Gleason 7 and 9 areas). He said the only treatment for someone of my age was radiation followed by hormone therapy. I immediately found another doctor and had the entire prostate removed with excellent results. My treatment from him was inflexible and not timely.

Dr. G Could not give me a clear answer as to why he needed more invasive imagining and forcedly wanted me to have CT scan. He told me that I would need to have 4 surgeries to remove 3 kidney stones, 2 on the right and one on the left. He was very cocky and made me feel as if I knew nothing and repeatedly told me that pain I have is not coming from my kidney stones. I do not recommend him or the office he practices at, Urological Asct. to anyone.

My husband is a cancer patient of Dr. G. We both think he is the best Urologist my husband has had. He is kind, warm and friendly. He never rushes the visit, taking time to answer questions and reassure us.
