this lady should consider selling high end real estate. i have never, until visiting her, had a doctor tell me twice to go to the front desk and pay money--once for an exam which was not adequate--maybe because the tester was cooking and eating popcorn while testing me. the office help act like they're on drugs.

Very caring and competent doctor! Goes the extra mile and genuinely cares. The staff is very nice too. There's long wait times to do testing and to see the doctor, but totally worth it.

I had many difficulties with this doctor and her staff. There is a serious communication breakdown between her and her staff and this comes through to the patient. For example, it took a full 2 weeks to get the correct antibiotic that had to be taken before surgery, with me calling no less than 7 times, and I asked the pharmacist to give her a call. She told me a few things to avoid, but this was not written out. Instruction were spotty. The handout from the hospital was better, but still did not include all the needed precautions or problems that could happen and what to do about them. After surgery, I had serious cloudiness in the eye so much so that it was far worse than before surgery. I called the doctor's emergency number and they paged her or whoever was on call. They never responded to this call. When I went in to the follow up appointment, I caught her lying about the cause of the cloudiness. Her assistant was equally non responsive about not calling back. Then he made an accusation that my other eye had age related problems, which is absolutely incorrect. He had not read my chart! To her favor, she did do a good job on the removal of the cataract. However, I found that there are so many problems that I would not recommend this doctor. I will not go back to get my other eye corrected when that one is needed.
