we are very upset with the receptionists in suite 100 They are very arrogant ,empathic...Avoid this office and find a better office #100
UPDATE (5/17/2022): **For several reasons I had to switch neurologists recently and it was a huge hassle. The neurology office I'm seeing now tried contacting them for records for well over a month, I also called a couple of times and never heard back. My PCP is currently prescribing my neuro meds so they don't lapse and I wasn't able to get an appointment with the new neurologist until August because of the delay at this office. I'm really disappointed because I like the neurologist I've been seeing, but my experience with the office has been pretty terrible.UPDATE (6/15/2021): ****they fixed the signage issue. The folks were much friendlier and more helpful, everyone I saw behind the desk was wearing a mask properly. I’m glad they took steps to remedy the situation.UPDATE (3/9/2021): ***I was contacted by the front desk manager (I believe that’s her title), she was very apologetic and said that she would speak to her staff.I have another appointment in a few months and will definitely revisit my review at that time.I do appreciate the effort made to reach out, so I’m giving an extra star for that consideration.(3/5/2021): **I like the neurologist I see here, but the overall experience was pretty terrible.First, there was hardly anyone out front and they had signs about where to check in for everyone *except* the doctor I saw. Because of this confusion, I approached one of the front desk staff and she fully ignored me, so I asked someone else who directed me back to the one who’d ignored me. She was really rude, slow, and impatient. Checking out was equally frustrating.Worse than all of that, the woman who checked me in was wearing her mask, but completely improperly.I’m not looking forward to going back, even though I like the doctor, ‘cause the place was so unpleasant.
DR. ANIL WALKED OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE APPOINTMENT!!!RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and DANGEROUS!!!!I made the huge mistake of asking a question about recent bloodwork, and he DID NOT WANT TO BE QUESTIONED so HE GOT UP AND WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM!!!He left me with NO PCP, NO referrals, No refill for my ESSENTIAL SEIZURE MEDICATION (I did get 30 days worth when I begged - to set the record straight). BTW DOCTOR - A SEIZURE CAN KILL YOU!
The lack of communication is unreal. I'm not gonna say any names but I injured my shoulder and seeking to get it looked and get told after a month that they weren't supposed to see me and completely wasted my time and was referred to somewhere else after a month.
Most unprofessional experience of my entire medical life, and I'm in the medical field. Waited 3 months for an appointment then they cancel on me the day of without asking if its ok, just the way it is. Ok, stuff happens I can be flexible. I show up for my 2:45pm appointment at 2:37pm and was told I am too late to be seen. So its ok for them to cancel but not ok for me to be only 7 minutes early for my appt. So I have to be flexible but they're too good to be flexible. If the state board would take my complaint I'd file one, but they have bigger issues than just treating people bad. Avoid this office and find a better office.
Just one phone call to make an appointment; I learned why this place has only 2 stars. No, I didn't make the appointment solely based on whoever it was that answered the phone.
Terrible staff. This place is prone to mistakes I had to pay for an appointment I was not even serviced at, clerical staff messed up my personal information more than once, and I saw more than one physician and each one was worse than the other. A doctors office that completely lack in compassion and organization avoid this place at all cost or at least this location.
I spoke with Alicia on the phone this morning seeking help finding and booking an appointment with a primary care physician. I don't know if she is just a receptionist or in the medical field herself, but she was so extremely sweet to me on the phone. She referred me over to someone that she said would treat me really well and help with the treatment I am seeking. I tried not to cry over the phone as she was so extremely kind to me. She is a wonderful human being, and I truly hope her boss sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves.
Do not waste your time!! They make you go into an office for a referral you already have. If you are even a minute late the will not see you, speaking for on experience. My husband is deployed and i had to go in to get a referral i was already given, i have 3 toddlers and getting to the appt was hard enough then to be turned away for being 8 minutes late telling me to reschedule. It takes weeks to get appts and they make you go in for any single question. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
04/01/2021Was seeing Manjul Srivastiva but was promptly denied service because of my service dog. Allergies or not, the ADA still needs to be upheld and accommodations MUST be made. Became Disrespectful and didnt even speak to ME about the issue. Spoke over her assistant nurse while in another room who then had to repeat the same audible phrase.. VERY displeased with my service. This will be my final session with her. Please make changes.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
