Came in for an appointment waited about 15 minutes when I was called up the front desk lady said that they never got our information and needed to postpone our appointment and come back again , paperwork was done online and I was current patient of clinic just doing a update to different insurance the office desk lady was very rude and unprofessional, this was a waste of time and pain to sit here , I am a disabled and it’s painful to walk some times move around very upset about how I was treated today , not doing the community any healing or care …avoid this place , don’t practice what they teach !such a huge disappointment of how they treat people Going to go back again to see if next time is better

Had $300 laser treatment for toenail fungus and ingrown thick toenails. No information given prior to procedure. Tech requested signatures on consent forms while she was hurriedly setting up equipment. Post procedure paperwork given but no instruction from tech or doctor (who never appeared even tho my appointment was supposedly with the doctor.) Last appointment of the day and felt rushed and uninformed. Front desk clerks were more informative than tech. Reviews indicate poor patient communication and that was my experience.

No! He is racisl! Even ask me where I came from because of my first name! He recommended a expensive cream but I did not want it! I am a retired Pharmacist and I ask the compounding pharmacy whst was in it! I did not need it! I am not going to go to that office sgain sltho the tech who ny xray was very efficient!

Awful customer service by staff. If a doctor makes a decision to put gatekeepers between himself and his patients, he’s responsible for their behavior. My wife had an appointment at 9:30 and arrived on time. She had preregistered online. After sitting there for 15 minutes while the receptionist Ari-something I couldn’t understand dealt with two other people, she told my wife she was late and would have to reschedule. “Ari” said my wife didn’t do the preregistration online, which she had done, but apparently something was missing in their system. How is that our problem? My wife has been suffering with an infected ingrown toenail for two weeks now and has to wait two more weeks to see a different podiatrist. Horrible customer service; avoid this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Whitaker for about 12 years & I will never go to another Podiatrist! He is so kind, thorough and yet friendly enough to help you understand your situation! I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing foot issues!

Was a new patient but as soon I called for appointment and said that I was in pain, they took me in right away. The staff and the doctor, Dr Whitaker were professional and friendly and took care of me right away. No long waits. Great place .

Will add more after billing issue is resolved. I was overcharged 4/25/22 and should not have been charged at all. I will edit after they refund me. I still paid it without thinking. Posting 7/29/22.

I have been a patient of Dr. Whitaker for close to 25 years and I wouldn't have it any other way! He listens to his patients, tells you what options are available and actually cares about you and your well being!
