Dr. Kaplan's office used to be a good office but now due to covid they don't want to take anybody in their office they tell people we can only do a video appointment with you and it would rather send you to Urgent Care instead of doing their job

This Wonder Dr Kaplan has taken such great care of my husband for over 30 years. He's literally been a life saver a few times. Totally Awesome Man! We Love Him ❣️. Thank You Sweetie 😘

Don't know. Been calling for two days and no answer.

The office manager thinks she can speak for Dr Kaplan and give Medical advice. Wont let the patient leave a message with medical staff or Physician. Then Hangs up in me. Since when is that ok? I don’t take medical advice from a receptionist. This should not be tolerated.

I was really surprised to see so many negative comments about Dr. Kaplan's office. My experience, both with him and his staff, has been consistently positive. If I call about an issue, they usually say they will check with him and get back to me, and they always do in a timely manner. The staff has always been respectful and Dr. Kaplan has always been thoroughly compassionate and knowledgeable. If he thinks you need help that he can't provide, he will not hesitate to give you a referral to a specialist. He is patient and fully engaged when you explain your concerns.

DR. Kaplan is a dream to work with. Very personable and kind. Easy going and goes at a comfortable pace with patients. The office Staff was friendly too.

It's a shame that a rude receptionist can ruin the reputation of a medical facility. Candace at this office "hung up" on us today when my wife was trying to make an appt. She told her she was no longer a patient because she saw another doctor. My wife did not understand and asked pertinent questions that Candace apparently did not want to answer. You're only as good as the people who represent you. Hanging up on patients is never acceptable. Go elsewhere to be treated with respect & dignity.

I have found Dr. Kaplan, his assistants, and support personnel very helpful and attentive. During my latest visit Dr. Kaplan suggested several tests be done. When I arrived home the various med. offices had called with appointments scheduled. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Even more so was the fact that my results were back within 24 hours! This was unexpected but certainly appreciated. I am very happy for staff courtesy and for the interest Dr. Kaplan has in my health. Capable, courteous and confident. ☆☆☆☆☆

Dr. Kaplan is a very impressive and wonderfully knowledgeable Internist with a superbly cordial and helpful staff. His approach to personal health care seems defined by an understanding of his patient's needs and a willingness to discuss and offer options to that end. His response time for scheduling outside testing, if required, is remarkable.There is a well defined communication line between Dr., staff and client. My thanks to a Doctor and support staff who show compassion and integrity. Possessing numerous health anomolies I am delighted to be in their care.
