My husband and I (and our children when they were younger) have been attending Dr. Michieli's practice for about 20 years. We have followed him twice in that time when he has moved locations. He is very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and pro-active. He cares about our family and is interested in their well-being. I recommend him often to friends who are looking for a new PC. Incredibly irresponsible. Places his business goals far ahead of his patients' best interests. Blatantly ignores his professional oath in pursuit of profits. Culls his patient roster based on insurance and ease of care. Run, don't walk away!

Wow. This is one very scary doctor. He refuses to answer questions about his medical decisions and diagnoses, effectively shutting down all communications. His massive ego and bizarre defensive reactions caused him to fail to make a medication adjustment that was urgently needed. His ego and profit-centered focus consistently clouds his ability to provide safe patient care.

Updating last review: Had to change doctors as this office has not called back in two months even when requested meds for nausea and sundowning. Ended up sending this patient to the emergency room today. Non existent communication from this office.

I called to get orders and prescriptions for one of his patients in a care home. Left several messages with his MA who never called back. Patient ran out of medications and still has not received a call back or complete medications. Dr Micheili is the most unprofessional healthcare worker I have ever encountered. He does not listen well at all. This leads to medical mistakes. Making matters worse, his massive ego makes it impossible to participate in your own healthcare. He does not like being questioned.
