MHC has been my sole provider for behavioral and medical help for the past 4 years. The first year was a breeze, I would have stood by them because they made things as easy as possible. This year I magically had problems with billing when I have two health insurances so this was super ridiculous. They LOST my account information. I've tried to get in with my same therapist and did not receive a call back. I called multiple times after and did not get help. Come to find out through a text message someone scheduled me randomly without my permission a month after I called to see my therapist once more. I had to go through intake all over again because of the billing department "losing" my information for insurances. Intake appt comes and they schedule me for in person when I was told it would be telehealth. By the time I got the link for the telemed appt BHT Nancy Cruz apologized for miss communication and that she's run out of time to help me and would have to schedule me out two weeks later. Although I appreciate apologies my mental health can no longer take neglect from this kind of organization who has failed to hear when someone needs help. After leaning on MHC for so long and being established I will be looking for another organization who takes their patients seriously.

Me gusta mejor ver a nurse practitioner more comfortable and comunicated than the dr vega she supposed to be my dr vega very rare that i get to see her. It's been some months and weeks haven't Refills some of my prescription and im starting to probably believe that i don't need this medications and it was wrong prescription for me I've been calling pharmacy they said haven't received order or answers from dr ..call front desk at least you wait on the phone from 10 to 20 minutes😞😫

This was Extremely SAD! I was denied access back with my grandma who has dementia. I read to her the fine print and explain and ask questions she wont. I had on a face shield but was still denied. I was told that because I am her care taker I can be involved over a conference call. This never happened. I use to like MHCs but would give no stars if I could.
