Dr Hoover and I discussed the results of my latest test. I had a list if questions which we discussed, from which we developed action items for adjustments in medications. I came away satisfied.

I first visited Dr Hoover in April 2021, he was informative and helpful, he ordered a new medicine for me in April, however, my insurance wants additional information to process this. I have contacted Dr Hoover's medical assistant almost every week since then, (it is now August 2021) and unfortunately no progress has been made nor does she return my calls. What good is a doctor when his office staff cannot perform?

I had a very good experience with my check up & treadmill. I was in at my appointment time and everyone was friendly & helpful. My treadmill technician explained to me what was going to happen, answered my questions, and was very professional. 5 stars
