*update - I just had an appendectomy and during surgery they found a cyst on my ovary the size of a tennis ball. Cysts are caused by hormonal issues and grow less than an inch per year. Dr. Goldbergs incompetency and refusal to even examine me could have cost me my fertility if I did not have an appendectomy today. I was afraid to go to another doctor because of how she treated me. Do not go to her with any health concerns. I went in with concerns about my hormone levels raised by other doctors and she basically said that they are invalid and I just need to lose weight. She did not ask any questions about symptoms I have been experiencing, offer to run tests, or examine me in any way. I just sat in a chair while she told me to improve my diet and exercise. Mind you I hike about 6 miles a day and am vegan. Not a doctor for anyone overweight.

Dr.Cynthia Goldberg is kind, professional, thorough, and gives me age appropriate recommendations to improve my overall health now and in the future. And she takes the time to ask about my family. I always have a positive experience at Ironwood OBGYN.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My appointment was honestly horrible. I waited an hour after my appointment time to only be seen by her for not even 10 minutes. She was honestly no help as to finding a solution and even told me that if my problem was active, she wouldn’t be able to help me at the moment because, in her words, “she didn’t have time”. The appointment was super rushed and I left in tears as to how frustrated I was. She recommended past procedures that have not worked for me. She was in such a rush she would interrupt me when asking questions or when I’d try to explain.

Dr Goldberg has been my Dr for over 15 years and I love her. She’s so attentive, caring and personable. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Goldberg is one of the smartest doctors I've come across. She handled both of my "non-textbook" pregnancies with care and intelligence. I was quickly diagnosed with severe pre-eclampsia and brought in to deliver a healthy baby. She has cared of me prior to wanting children, during both pregnancies and now after child bearing.
