Dr. De Leon and his staff were great. He recommended a hybrid procedure that shortened my recovery time to a better outcome.

Dr De Leon ordered an echocardiogram for me (to be performed on 7/30). His office entered the incorrect billing code to support this procedure (they submitted a code associated with high cholesterol; the actual reason the procedure was ordered is because I had a surgical repair for a coarctation when I was a kid). Because Dr De Leon's office entered the wrong code, my insurance carrier rejected the nearly $6,000 bill. Shouldn't be hard to fix, right? I have been trying to get somebody at Dr De Leon's office to fix this coding mistake for 5 months. Everybody points fingers at somebody else. They send me in countless circles. This has been such a frustrating experience that I regret having gone to see Dr De Leon at all. The office has horrible customer service and won't respond - or will respond with complete incompetence. When you go to a doctor, you are putting yourself in the hands of the entire staff. The chaos here speaks to the overall management and competence of the practice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very efficient office. Quick greeting, fast check-in, quick and easy cardio gram, followed immediately by conference with Dr DeLeon. All done in 15 minutes!!

This is Zelda Allen .I saw Dr. De Leon on July 16th. I needed him to check my heart for shoulder replacement surgery. He had my heart tested for my surgery. I felt so pleased and relieved when he told me that he had no worries and signed the papers for the surgeon. Dr. De Leon seam very kind and carrying.
