i was sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes before they told me i had to reschedule. this was not the first incident. no communication overall.

I give a star to be able to give my review but I don't give them any. The wait is terrible, more than 2 hours for them to attend to you, plus 1 more hour for them to tell you how the kids eyes are. Terrible office.

Horrible, unprofessional people. We drove so far only to be refused accommodations. Go else where, save yourself the stress.

Dr. Sato has been my son's doctor since the NICU. My son was born at 26 weeks, premature and Dr. Sato would visit him at TMC because my son was born with a flat disk and was at risk for retinopathy and eye diseases such as cataracts and glaucoma. With Dr. Sato observing closely to my son, and being consistent with appointments, tests, and prescription changes, my son got better! We've been going to Dr. Sato for almost 11 years now. Dr. Sato is an expert and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

My girls where scheduled to see the new doctor, Dr. Inbronani. Not sure if they over book there appointments, we waited for 3 hours pass our schedule appointment to be seen. Not happy with the services of the new doctor

Dr. Sato is fine. Staff is horrible. My son see's him every 6 months. Had scheduled time off to take him to his eye appt and the doors were locked. Knowone called. Knowone rescheduled. Knowone called to say one single thing about that day or him not being in office. I live far, I work far. His office is far and his other office is even further. I just tried to make an appointment and now I can't bc my son needs a new referral which has never been requested and my son has been seeing him for years. I'm so tired of this office. Its unfortunate that Dr. Sato is not aware of his staffs failures that effect his business.
