Dr. Ulker Tok's Online Review Report Card

This is by far the worst experience with any "Doctor" my mother has ever encountered. Doctor Tok should have her license reviewed by the AZ Medical Board. She does the bare minimum to get you in and out, barely answering any questions and devoting absolutely no time to the patient. She simply does not care. The staff has more communication with the patients than Dr. Tok does. To top things off if you keep asking for documents or prescriptions she was supposed to complete for you but never did she will (wirhout hesitation) "fire you" as a patient. If you have the ability, stay far from this practice. This doctor will waste your time and leave you with more questions than answers.

I have been a social worker for 30 years. I have never seen a Doctor/professional with such bad bedside manners. She is rude unfriendly. Does not answer your questions or explain care or meds to you properly. She told me to read the prescription bottle. Closed the door and proceeded to yell at me. I do not feels safe or have trust in her judgement as a Doctor.

Do not waste your time . She will waste yours

ZERO STARS. Dr Tok is the WORST doctor I've EVER been to, and I've had a LOT of them. First, I always waited at least 1 hour for every appt. She mis-diagnosed my autoimmune disease (I definitely have RA. Banner, Catalina Point and AZ Arthritis all confirmed my RA. My blood work and symptoms confirm RA) She said I had Lupus and everyone else was wrong. I wasted a year, getting no treatment and the wrong treatment and watching my body and health deteriorate. When I asked her about options for pain, she FREAKED OUT, yelling that I was "exhibiting drug seeking behavior", wrote that damning sentence in my medical files then threw my files at me, sending papers everywhere, then left the office for me to pick it all up. I took my own files, then I immediately went into the waiting room and told all 7 patients who were waiting for her what they had just overheard. 3 left! I immediately went and tried AZ Arthritis and Rheumatology, Dr. Cabacungan and NP Mora, and have been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. They have great knowledge of the field, drs who call me at home to see how I'm doing. I'm now doing so much better!!!!! If I had the resources and time, I'd sue Dr. Tok. I'm presently filing an official grievance report which, I hope, will lead to a Medical Board review with disciplinary action. Run from her office. Your health depends on it.

Dr. Tok was listened to my issues and direct about the treatment. I appreciated the honesty and decision she made with my treatment it was much better than I had experienced with other providers.

It is almost impossible to put into words how bad my experiences have been with this terrible doctor. Due to the lack of available rheumatologists in the Tucson area, I have been stuck with Dr. Tok for many years. Over the years, she has gone from bad to worse. If you're looking for someone to provide care, you best look elsewhere. I would give her a solid ZERO stars. I highly advise anyone looking for a rheumatologist to skip this one

She is very attentive & gives plenty of time to ask questions & get answers.

The office staff is very rude and NEVER returns calls Gretchen the Nurse Practitioner is wonderful.

This “doctors” office is a joke. But it’s not funny how bad they are. I had an appointment in June 2021 I have NEVER been in the presence of such a rude “doctor” or any person in my entire life. They took 13 vials of blood and said to make a 2 week follow up. Since there was a line if disgruntled patients I called to make my follow up. No return call. I waited two weeks left more messages. No return call. Out of the blue I get a message from them and I informed them due to their neglect and “doctors” rudeness I would not return and send results to my pc. This was in august then I get multiple calls alarming me that she needs to see me face to face. Scaring me to death. I made a telemedicine apt. She didn’t give me Telmed login info. I get yet another she needs to meet with you. But she’s on vacation I finally set my telemedicine apt and was on hold for 2 and a half hours. She never came to the apt She claimed her office manager called me to iron things out. She did not call me ever. I finally get a telemedicine apt to see what was so urgent to see her face to face and she hadn’t even looked at my June labs. She was confused and even more rude than before. It took her from June to almost October to tell me nothing she had NO information for me except I have a uti ( from June) lol I dint and never did. She wanted me to take experimental meds to “try to diagnose me”. My other treating doctors could never get a response or a copy of my labs from her. Zero response to the doctors. Stay far away from this place it’s a sham abd the utmost unprofessional place I’ve ever experienced. If I could give negative stars -100

horrible doctor!!!! EXTREAMLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! do not go to this doctor. rude and arrogant. DOES NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. IS ALWAYS LATE AND OR DOESNT ANSWER VIRTUAL APPIONTMENTS. I am contacting the medical board to file a complaint against her. she does not need to be in the medical field if she cant keep up with her patients and appointments. my appointment was at 11:45 am and she never started the virtual appt. office closed for lunch from 12-1pm cant get ahold of anyone.
