Dr. Wayne Bixenman's Online Review Report Card

Terrible Doctor cracking innuendo jokes about where I come from and education in a negative manner, poor medical evaluation.

Saw Dr. Bixenman for visual snow and he spent more time making me incredibly uncomfortable by telling me how pretty my eyes were, how badly he wished he were my age again, and making odd jokes to my mother and I than actually discussing my syndrome with me. Deeply dismissive of my case. I would not recommend this doctor period. If you are struggling with visual snow you will be able to learn as much about your case from him as you would from a Target Optician. Don’t waste your time or money with him.

Dr. Bixenman is a gross, inappropriate man making all kinds of innuendos to a female patient. Thankfully I was in the room with my daughter and we were both absolutely floored by his inappropriate comments, my poor daughter, she was VERY uncomfortable and we could not wait to get out of his office. Outside of this behavior he also referenced God throughout the visit, if we'd wanted to discuss the issue with God we could've gone to church for that and saved the $150 copay for the visit. Lastly, as our COVID numbers skyrocket he told my daughter to remove her mask stating "they don't do any good anyway". Ugh! Worst doctor either one of us have ever had to deal with. We were referred to him as "the best" for a condition that needed "the best" to evaluate, but in our opinion he is "the worst".

He’s a very awesome Dr. he’s different. He talks different and very concerned about my diagnosis. I’ve never had a bad visit he always makes me and my family feel welcome. Answers all my questions and makes me feel like a dr who cares . He was more concerned then my neurologist. He a cool guy.

When u give a negative rating. U can’t say how u feel. Dr Bixen was very rude in a nice way. He he is demeaning to the doctors that are helping me. He basically said I was faking. Like a kid with no symptoms but claims they are sick. Terrible person in a nice way. Doesn’t excuse the way I was treated

He is a very unprofessional provider. I myself work in the medical field. For several years I lived out of town and was hard for me to attend every follow up. At my neurologist visit my doctor shared Dr. Bixenmans notes with me, that contained his personal opinion on me due to me having tattoos. I was very cordial and professional with him at my visits, and I found his personal opinion in my medical notes very off putting and unprofessional. Very uncalled for. I was a patient for years and after reading what I did I will never return.

Doesn't wear masks during the pandemic and goes on anti-mask tirades when asked to do so.

I was seeing Dr Bixeman about my double vision problem. I found him very competent, amusing and reassuring. I had to wait some three months to get an appointment with him, which indicates he is popular. The double vision problem? He prescribed glasses that solved the problem. Thanks, Dr. Bixeman!
