I had a biopsy done. I was told the results would in in in. 7-10 business days. I have called twice on business day 10 and 12 and the staff told me each time they would leave a message for the medical asst and doctor to call me. I still haven’t heard back from anyone in the office and it is now business day 14.

I never heard back. On business day 12 I called again. Staff said they would leave a message for medical asst and doctor. I still haven’t received a call and it is now business day 14.

Get bear for Behr. An occasional skin check is a good Idea here in sunny Tucson. Appointment process was easy, I have had no delays once there ( i.e. No waiting) and she is pleasant and personable

Minor incision needed (unnecessarily large cut I think). Incision became super infected. I called the office, it was the weekend so I was put through to the after hours people. They called Dr Behr twice but she NEVER responded. Nothing. Not even the next Monday! What's the point of having doctors on call after hours if they don't respond? Terrible, won't go back. Also- Dr Behr rushed the appt, felt like I was an inconvenience Also- office sells all kinds of stuff, creams & hats & crap. Weird.

So wonderful. The entire staff is very nice, answered all my questions, solved my skin issue quick and easy. I had been to two other dermatologists in Tucson who basically told I was SOL about the skin issue I had been having. Fiona Behr diagnosed the problem quick and so nice about it. James ended up solving the problem and is just as nice and professional! Love them!

My husband and I have seen Dr. Behr on several occasions: treatments of rash/rosacea, cyst surgery, and a few other issues. She is thorough, pleasant, and persistent in managing followup treatment. My husband had one problem with an appt due to a mistake by a staff member -- the dr kindly gave him some cream as a gift upon his exit.
