Extremely satisfied with with not only the doctors but with the staff.. They take the time to help any situation Health or billing situation. The doctors are very thorough answer all your questions and them some. They make sure you're up-to-date on everything. Appointments are usually available within a week or so. A very caring considerate staff all the way around. They call you back same day or next day. I've had many health issues and Grateful to everyone in Dr Tiu office. Thank you Dr. and staff.

I have never had an issue with Dr Tiu or any of his staff since I have been a patient. It is a busy practice, yet he always takes the time to discuss any issues and make sure that you are up to date on any medications and tests that are required. I can't understand where the negative reviews cone from except to say sometimes it is the patient who is the problem and not the physician.

The Doctors are great. The staff does not call you when they are supposed to or return your phone calls even after leaving several voicemails.

This place is horrible. When I complained, they terminated me as a patient. That’s how unprofessional they are! Did me a big favor, though. I got a real doctor this time! They made countless mistakes and wouldn’t own up to any of them. STAY AWAY!

I have lost all confidence in Dr. Tiu. I was billed for a test, informed by the testing company that results were sent to Dr. Tiu. I have been requesting the results from the Dr. office, but have not received them. On another note, my insurance website several diagnosis from him that are just plain false. He will write anything down to add to his services provided.

I saw Dr. Tiu today for the first time. He is very detailed and thorough. He took the time to go through each one of my many symptoms. I know Dr. Tiu will get to the bottom of my symptoms and figure out what is causing them. I wish there were more doctors out there like him. Great doctor and staff!!

Dr Tiu actively listened to my concerns, answered all my questions. When I asked for testing he was agreeable. I would recommend Dr Tiu for a Primary Dr.
