I’m so glad I found Dr. Klein after I moved her 2 years ago. He has such a pleasant personality and feel comfortable the minute you meet him. I explains things well and truly cares about you. I was diagnosed with an rare Stomach Polyp that needs to be removed. He referred me out to a specialist, saying that this is beyond his expertise to perform this surgery. He makes you feel like you are his friend. Very very happy to have Dr. Klein. I would recommend him to anyone any time.

In five months I was unable to make an appointment for a test. One scheduler called after four months and left a message; I returned the call 10 times and was never called again. Another scheduler called two weeks later and left a message. Again I called and was never contacted again.

Dr. Klein, I so want to thank you for trying to literally help save my life. I know I'm very ill, I truly believe other than God, that you will be my savior in keeping me alive. I know in my heart you will go on and beyond to find out what all is happening to me. I pray it will be very soon. I trust you so much. I've been a patient for many years and Dr. Klein is caring, gentle, and an excellent doctor. Dr. Klein takes the time to discuss any issues, and I never feel rushed.

After tests showed result Dr Klein was happy with did not offer aid with initial issue. Never discussed months of test results. Must contact through a voicemail system. Expect to wait for test results. Showed lack of interest in follow up.was told to make an appt. for six months in future to follow up!

Steer clear of Arizona Gastro.! After months of waiting for an appt with dr Frederick Klein, I arrived early to fill out forms and was told that they had phoned me to cancel/reschedule. I searched my call log and invited them to do the same. No call! I had arranged for child care, etc. and it had been difficult to get there so early...Their extremely unprofessional front desk person, who belongs in a fast food joint, not an office, offered to reschedule--for a date that was already past!
