I've had a lot of dental work in the past incl. crowns several root canals and all virtually painless. This Wall Jr. sent me to the ceiling about 6-7 times with pain. He does not understand or care about the concept of painless dentistry. Wiped my gum with the numb stuff then instead of waiting for it to take effect he immediately stuck the needle in moved it around then stuck me again and it hurt. I had to ask for more novocaine because the drill really hurt and he could tell he just didn't care. He also put a crown on that he knew was too small it was obvious even to me and I'm not a dentist so I had to go thru the same procedure twice. He will never look in my mouth again.
