I have had Dr. Irene Duarte for my doctor for at least twenty some years. She has always been concerned, and is a great listener. She never hurries me and always remembers what I say so I don't have to repeat my story every time I go back. When prescribing medication she always considers my health and whether the medication will help or do more harm. I trust Dr. Duarte to do her best to care for my health needs

Dr. Duarte had "treated" my mother years ago, and she was the worst. Horrible bedside manner, wouldn't listen to concerns, prescribed drugs that caused my mother to go to the hospital, and expressed no concern when learning about that. Seriously, the worst physician. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. if I could give no stars, I would.

I love Dr Duarte ! I have been with her since I had my daughter and that was 16 1/2 years ago. She is very personable ; she really listens and cares about her patients. I recommend her without any reservations.

I've had this doctor for many years but after today's experience I will be leaving this doctors office. I spoke with Dr. Duarte's nurse Melissa and she refused to give me a referral to go see an orthopedic surgeon for my knee when I was in a lot of pain to get a shot. Earlier this year I was given a referral without having to see the doctor for a shot in my knee but this time she persisted to tell me that I had to come in to see the doctor just to get a referral for my knee even though the doctor cannot do anything for my knee because I need Cortizone shots. It's just a way of making money at the patients expense. The customer service this office used to have has gone out the window.. It's time to move on.
