List of Jay Page's Reviews
My husband had a vasectomy scheduled, he had to reschedule due to a work conflict. He was told that if he tried to again they would deny doing the procedure. Shortly before the new date my husband paid for the procedure, picked up the prescription, was all ready. They called and THEY rescheduled him a second time. He questioned them if they would cancel it since it was the second time, the office told him no that this was on them so it would not count "against him." Now less then a week before the new date they called, canceled and told him they won't do it since he rescheduled twice. We tried calling to explain but they insisted that they can only see that it was rescheduled twice which they don't allow and so Dr Page is refusing care. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and unprofessional. Now we have to try and get our payment back and insure this office didn't also bill our insurance company. Avoid this Doctor at all costs.
Lack of communication, poor follow up after operation, difficult scheduling for appointments , has not contacted his patient after leaving messages.
Dr Page fits into the category of if he can’t make money off you in surgery he will dismiss you and your issues. If you even get a chance to tell him. He already knows everything before he comes into the room. Typical surgeon who comes into clinic hours looking for only surgeries. Everything else is just an annoyance. I can only imagine how terrible he treats the office staff and the managers and the nurses and the hospital staff. I might not have an issue worth his time but if I ever did I would never never go back or recommend him to anyone.

The call center is a joke they tell you one thing and have record about something else. Dealing with them last few months of last year I’ve had to call 30+ times. The staff is unprofessional and rude, they are never in sync that’s the last thing you want to deal with while dealing with cancer.
My 72 year old aunt doesn't understand english well and barely can understand her diagnosis or what questions to ask. He will not let anyone else in the room with her "due to covid". She has signed papers to allow her daughter in with her to help get info and ask questions and he won't allow her daughter in. this is NOT the place to go to for the elderly!
Very unprofessional call center, background noise sounded like they were located in the local sports bar, it’s beyond me someone would spend years becoming a Doctor to turn over their practice to such an incompetent call center, that is not a good look for Dr Page and the practice. They are no help just as one other reviewer stated, I spent all morning trying to correct my phone number with them and still it isn’t corrected. Wait times are over 40 minutes before you can speak with a human located in the Southeastern Asia.
Got a referral from my primary Dr to see Dr Page. Called three times to make appt. Even talked with a Person about needing a appt. Gave all my information/ telephone number, address and that we had a referral. No one ever called back. Two weeks ago. That is not professional.
Did not go over tests of kidney or bladder tests taken. A quick cystoscopy had a diagnosis of vaginitis, referred me to another Dr. Seems disinterested in my bladder problem. I have a large cyst on my kidney, never mentioned it. I was so upset with the whole exam I forgot to ask him about it. I also I gave a urine sample, didn’t hear if it was positive or negative.
Excellent listener and very clear communicator. Takes great interest and offers several options for treatment. Even in this time of COVID-19 he finds the time to spend with patient and discuss alternatives. He clearly has the patient’s best interest at heart.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
