Dr.Loomer, Taylor his PA and the whole staff were wonderful. After trying for 7 months to get an appointment with Rheumatologist, when I called Arizona Arthritis and Rheumatology appointment person was kind and listened to my dilemma gave me appointment and I was so grateful for her kindness, ( I am embarrassed to say I don’t remember her name) I was so taken a back by thoughtful help I had received. Taylor is completely thorough and kind and funny. Dr. Loomer was easy to talk to and was genuinely concerned. Again I am so grateful for find them.

If you love to fill out forms this is the place to go. On my first visit I went in 30 minutes early just to do forms. I have arthritis in my hands so even holding a pencil is difficult for me, however I filled out pages of paperwork including a long list of my medications. Dr Loomer did his exam and ask for my records. Somehow they had a hard time locating it but finally did. He sent a list of x-rays as well as a bone density test for me and said he was sending in a script for pain in my hands. So far so good, husband picked up the meds. I guess the doctor did not even read all the info I painfully wrote in his endless paperwork. The pain meds he described for me is not safe for heart patients. I live with a heart that works about 46%, however I went back for my follow up. When I checked in I was told that I HAD to fill out all that paperwork again. My other doctors (and I have several) only ask if any changes since last visit. That was not good enough for them. I walked out the door.

My visit was conducted very professionally and thoroughly. Both Dr. Loomer and his PA., Ms Taylor were patient and explained to me what their observations were. They listened to me and answered my questions. Both made every effort they could to know me and hear me. I definitely recommend this practice and both of these professionals to anyone needing this medical care.

Dr. Loomer is amazing, he was able to diagnose me within a few visits. I've been trying to get diagnosed since I was 16. But everyone has dropped the ball with me. Dr. Loomer actually listened to me, and looked at all the evidence. 100% would recommend.

a few months ago I got an awful pain, suddenly I could not write, or walk, had to cut my long hair because I was unable to wash it, spent all of my time crying, and took an LOA from work. My Dr. gave me a few options; going to Flagstaff, Phoenix, or Tucson. The other office did not have any appointments available. I decided to go to Tuscon and check with them. I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in I felt how terrific the staff was, From the front desk to the techs. Dr. Gloomer and his assistant's care were unbelievable. I'm so happy. They answered all of my questions and gave me all the pros and cons of the medication. Within a couple of days, I was able to shower, and within 2 weeks I was able to return to work. It's so outstanding how wonderful, professional, and caring they are. I highly recommend them. I feel grateful and appreciative toward the whole staff.

I have been very happy with all my visits to Dr. Loomer's office. I like his staff and their professionalism. Dr. Loomer has been vey patient with me (I'm new ). He answers all my questions and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Loomer as a rheumatologist.

Finally, a doctor that paid attention to what I said and was thoughtful to my history. This was my first visit. I am hopeful that what he is going to try to do for me will work. I came away with a good feeling that he will try to figure out what will work. Natalie,his assistant also really listened and both are so nice. I almost was in tears because he listened and wants to figure it out.

I have been a patient of Dr. Loomer’s for over three years and in that time I have found him thorough and caring. He will always take the time to listen to any concerns and work toward a solution. Rheumatoid Arthritis is a sneaky condition and it’s so helpful to have a physician who will explore all options to keep the symptoms controlled.

I was able to get an appt. much sooner than any other office I tried. Then when I got there I was treated extremely well/professionally. My initial visit was very thorough. Dr Loomer really cares and asked a bunch of questions no other Rheumatologist have ever asked. Then he made changes to my meds that have me feeling the best I have in a long time. Awesome feeling!! I have now been to my 3rd appt. and have waited till now to post a review to see if the great visit was just a fluke or not... nope the whole staff and medical team has been excellent every time I have seen them. They also followed up fast on questions I had that I asked thru the patient portal. I definitely recommend Dr Loomer and his staff!!!
