I had my 1st new patient appointment and was promised an Rx for Linzess. My pharmacy never got it so I called the office 2 times and was told a "message had been sent!" Still not there! No services rendered! I will not go back! My husband also had a new patient appointment and waited 40 minutes and he asked how much longer he would have to wait. He was told another hour and visits always ran 1+ hours! He left and will never go back! What is the point of making an appointment?

This doctor is very focused on money. He will not refill a prescription or give your test results unless you come into the office. He can't bill if he calls you so he won't. Don't be fooled by his Christian dogma. He cares about money more than anything else.

Doctor Spencer was very professional and took his time to discuss my concerns. He also discussed my getting referred to a dermatologist and sports medicine doctors. Glad I made him my PCP.

The second time I've been here with my mother. Both times he was running one hour behind. He doesn't manage his time well and obviously has no regard for patients.

The doctor is overbooked. I waited in the exam room for an hour. Dr. Spencer is a great doctor, but can't spend quality time with his patients.
