What a waste of time and money He said i needed a ct scan and to let him know when that was completed.. Never heard from Rad Ltd to sched the scan..So I called them and they had never received an order for the scan.....Left messages with his medical assistant and never heard from her... Reliability leaves a lot to be desired...Would not recommend him

He saved my life . I had a very rare case and he acted quickly after I had a bowel obstruction caring and answered all my concerns made me feel safe and confident.

His whole staff was very good at their jobs. He made me feel comfortable.

He told me that Dr. Favre was on vacation, asked him to take care of me. Later I saw referral doctor was my family doctor not Dr. Favre.

I recently had the great opportunity to become a patient of Dr. DeVitis, my first visit with him was very professional, and he was very clear and concise as to my upcoming hernia surgery. That surgery has now been performed by Dr. DeVitis and it was very successful, many thanks to this fine Doctor and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. DeVitis is simply amazing. Polite, kind, understanding and skilled. I will say that I had trouble communicating with his office at first because they had gone through several staffing changes. But, work with them and you will get the help you need. When I couldn't reach them via phone I started working with the very helpful and beautiful office manager, Monica, via email. Problem solved. Their office responds very quickly to any questions or concerns and they're always happy to answer any inquiry. The good doctor himself returned my after surgery messages very promptly and left directions via voicemail when he missed me on the phone. It was greatly appreciated. The doctor warned me that my junk may bruise and turn so black that I would be afraid it's going to fall off. We were also worried about infection because I am on several immune suppressants to treat my arthritis. I'm happy to report that I had zero visible bruising, no infection and no other complications. Doctor DeVitis also worked with my Rheumatologist so that they could time my surgery appropriately before my next infusion. And he communicated with my Pain Management Specialist directly so that everybody was on the same page and our post surgery course of action was documented before I ever hit the operating room. I cannot express how invaluable that was or how much it helped my piece of mind before surgery. Dr. DeVitis did not pressure me to use a certain mesh or procedure. He informed me of my options, the advantages of temporary vs permanent mesh and manual vs robotic assist surgery. My procedure went so much better than I ever expected and I thank Dr. DeVitis for the amazing work he did fixing my triple hernias. For the first time in over a year I can pass gas, laugh, cough and sneeze without having to brace myself and push a bubble back into my gut. If you are in need of Hernia repair surgery Dr. DeVitis is a doctor you can trust. In Tucson that says a lot.
