Nope!!! This is the 2nd Dr from this office that I've worked with. I explained to Dr. B that I fired the first one. I had a kidney stone confirmed after going to the ER. I was referred to Dr. Belkoff from the ER Dr. So I decided to give the office another try and see Dr B. We made a follow up appt to get an xray, Dr. Belkoff says I must have passed it because he doesn't see it on the xray and my symptoms had subsided. Went home. A week later his office calls me and tells me that I have a uti and need antibiotics. (A week later mind you). I start them immediately and was still having pain and I couldn't pee. Dr. B calls and says maybe I still have my stone. He changed my antibiotics to augmentin. It's Friday, he says if I still have symptoms on Monday to call him and we will get another CAT scan. Called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and blasted the staff on this day because I knew how long it would take to get another CAT scan and then an appt. NEVER got a call back. On that Thursday the receptionist says ok I'll order the CAT scan. I said how can you do that if you haven't heard back from the Dr? (They were telling me he hadn't responded despite sending him urgent messages). Well turns out, she didn't order the CAT scan and I never heard back from them. I finallybpassed the stone on my own 6mm on Saturday no thanks to Dr Belkoff or his unresponsive and lying staff. Stay away from this office and this Dr unless you want to just end up in the ER 3xs and never hear back from them. Thr worst experience!!!

I had a great experience with Dr Belkoff. He explain all options to treat my condition. Very professional. He personally called me with the results of my tests. I would recommend highly recommended Dr Belkoff.
Been seeing him for 15+ years. He removed a tumor from my bladder and looks annually to see if it has returned. I am watchful waiting with my prostate for many years. Still living. knock on wood.
This is the worst service. I called and asked to see Dr. Belkoff that I used to see him before. The nurse told me you will see his assistant since your case isn't critical. They are screwing their patients. They want the patients to pay the deductible of the specialist, but the patient will see his assistant. I don't think it is a fair treatment.
Another pleasant annual visit. From the reception desk to the checkout desk, always treated in a timely courteous manner.
I arrived for my 1:00 PM new patient appointment 30 minutes early. At 1:30 I asked how much longer my wait would be I was told very soon. At 1:40 I got up and said I was leaving and that if the doctor wanted my business someone would call me and start with an apology. I have not heard a word. Doctors have to learn that patients' time is valuable, too. We're all given 24 hours a day. I gave up 2.5 hours of my workday in order to meet Dr. Belkoff and start a medical relationship. That's personal time I'll never get back. Perhaps the supply of potential new patients seem inexhaustible, but there are also plenty of other urologists in Tucson to choose from. I'm moving on.
I arrived at 12:30 for a 1PM apt. Did all my new patient paperwork. Waited and waited. At 1:30 I asked how much longer I’d have to wait. Left at 1:40 to go to another appointment. Why do doctors feel A-OK making patients wait and wait. This is unacceptable to me. My time is just as valuable as any doctor. We’re all given 24 hours in the day. Finding another practice is easy. Finding new patients must be easy, too, otherwise they would respect our time, as well.
Dr Belkoff has treated my husband for Prostrate Cancer for the last 16 yrs. His staff has always been caring, polite, helpful and professional. Can't say enough about this Dr. You get the truth in language you understand. One Oncologist told us the cancer would be back in 2 years and after 16 years it is back but being managed by this caring staff.
Had the Urolift procedure 6 months ago and since have experienced a gradual decline to about 10% improvement with expectations of no improvement soon. What a waste of time and money, not to mention a month of pain following the procedure. Highly not recommended. The experience with Dr. Belkoff and his staff was OK.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
