List of Kent Vincent's Reviews
Although it’s been awhile since I was @ this office location, I found it to be very welcoming, pleasant as Dr. Kent Vincent is ( he’s my younger daughter’s doctor). A+ on this location, it’s staff including Dr. Vincent.
Saw Dr. Vincent as a teenager for a dislocating knee. I was told to lose weight ( 5'7 150lbs athletic teenager) and the problem would go away. When it continued to happen, my concerns were brushed off, sent to PT and provided knee braces. Turns out I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I was walking around with broken bone in my knee for who knows how many years. Had to get a ligament replacement and a few other things that could have been preventable with proper care 6-7 years earlier.
Best pediatric orthopedist ever! He was in call when my child was injured, he beat us to hospital and was able to prevent long term damage. Professional kind great with kids, even better when they are scared! He saved my kids future! And great neck tires for the kiddos!
We drive from Phoenix for Dr. Vincent! Our son was born with Clubfoot so it’s extremely important to have the right doctor. We are so happy to have found him!
Dr. Seemed good but the receptionists that made gave me my follow up appointment was rude. Made. I eye contact with me. Didn’t ask what would be a good time or day. When I asked her if I could get another appointment she rolled her eyes and said he was going to be out of town. Again no eye contact. I don’t think I’ll be keeping the follow up appointment. Going elsewhere.
Dr Vincent was willing to see my son who broke his ankle within 24 hours. It was nothing short of an amazing experience. We completed the medical history online before the appointment resulting in a simple check-in. The staff was very pleasant and professional. He was prompt and extremely personable. He explained the fracture in simple terms reviewing the X-ray with us as well as drawing his own rendition which was quite impressive. He took the time to understand my son's concerns and answer all our questions.
I had Dr. Vincent as a child. He is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and really listens to you. He really makes a comprehensive plan based on what you're willing to do, how much and where. Now that I'm over 21, I cannot see him, anymore; what a shame.
THE BEST DOCTOR EVER! Dr. Vincent was the doctor that found the issue I was having in my back. He made sure that he explained it with detail until I understood. I have not had a doctor like Dr. Vincent! I feel so thankful for everything that doctor vincent does and continues to do for me.
I'm not happy yet..yes he does talk and listen to your kids ..but you will come in second as a parent. The ex Ray specialist was horrible and has no patience, or sympathy for my little 6 yr old in pain (who fell off monkey bars in Chicago and broke her Humorous and fractured he radius). It took 15 minutes for me to help my daughter position her arm up on the ex Ray (all the while holding my 5 month old baby) and trying to calm her down. The ex Ray specialist was so annoyed at my daughter and just said "see ***I tell you we would have this done a lot faster if you try harder". My duaghter the whole time kept trying to tell her in crying pain it's to hard for her to lift her arm up. It was soo rude of how they treated her and all the passive aggressive comments to her, I even tried asking for a higher chair(keep in mind no pillow or any sort of help lifting up the child was offered or anything). The specialist acted like I should already know what they have there and was horrible rude, finally towards the end she said," oh you mean lift the table up, yes I can do that!" Its hard as a parent to hear your child scream and think of all the options for the workers to do when you dont even work there! I'm looking for a different specialist, due to his lack and rude staff in trying not to go back. He does have a stick of cool looking cast gear..but it's the way they treated my child with so much rudeness. Another think is that my daughter has 4 large pins in her elbow and when they were scrambling to find the right casting for her elbow my daughter was told to stop screaming..mind you they had her arm up in the air in 5 minutes looking for the casting and then the front desk lady finally grabbed a MA and he was like,"its right here the whole time." Meanwhile the exray lady is holding and telling my daughter shes a big girl and can hold tears and stop screaming,"let's not do that." I honestly think they were more ready to get done with their work shift it was 2 20 PM. I joked and said,"your definitely ready for your Netflix shows after your work shift is done," and the ex rap specialist laughed and smiled. I think they are rude and not nice and push my lil one they could have taken a little more time to be sympathetic and understanding for all the pain and bleeding she ended up in her pre cast wrap. They were rude to keep telling her not to scream, I think to not scare the other kids in the front room. They made it even harder and as we were leaving my lil one says," I hope I never see that ex Ray lady again."
Dr. Vincent has treated several of my children in extreme pain, and he is patient, kind, and attentive. As a parent, he was very patient in explaining our options and is respectful of any decision I make as a parent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
