List of Kim Baker's Reviews
Dr. Baker has been my provider for thirteen years and I have a profound respect for her professionalism and expertise. She will now be the provider for my 94 year old great uncle and I couldn't e happier.
I have been seeing Dr Baker for 3 or more years now. She is very meticulous and compassionate and has always been calm and pleasant in each and every visit. She has also been responsive to calls and message via MyChart.
She been my family Dr for more than 5 years she’s not friendly even when she comes to the room she doesn’t even say hi she doesn’t Lesan your problem and before you explain your situation she just proscribe medication and she wake a way very disrespectful
She’s very caring takes her time explaining everything makes sure you understand she’s one of the nicest doctor I have ever met always has a smile on her face love her
she is good.
Dr. Baker has been our family doctor for several years. She is calm, professional, and warm. I definitely would recommend her as a PCP for children or adults.
Dr. Baker is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. She is thorough, devoted, and thoughtful. She takes the time to listen to and address your concerns as well as answer your questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pcp.
Dr Baker is a good listener and excellent physician. She is always familiar with my lab values and evaluates my medications. She sends me for appropriate tests or therapies when needed. She refers to specialists when needed. Dr. Baker detects emotional cues and is open to discussion in the office or to introduce her patients to community groups or agencies that could help with non-medical problems that may ultimately affect patient health. I never feel rushed. She is very kind .
Saw her once per year for annual exam for three consecutive years. On each visit she appeared preoccupied and uninterested. Also, referred me to OB/Gyn who doesn’t accept my insurance. Was also shocked that telemedicine calls were via zoom which is not a HIPPA compliant platform. Office staff friendly and helpful, but the cold uncaring nature of the physician resulted in me finding care at a new medical practice.
I have never had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Kim Baker, I have called several times and left messages to speak to her, she has yet to return my call. Dr. Baker did have an office staff call to say my Mother had requested another doctor, so she is not longer my Mother Physician. I am my Mother's POA, the last time my Mother was in the office she had staples removed from her head, Dr. Baker was not there, and the person who assisted my Mother said that was not the conversation. When I explained to the office staff, she stating she will call me back and abruptly hung up on me. Two weeks later I called Dr. Baker office, I was told Dr. Baker will continue to see my Mother. I also asked if she had any appointments that need to be scheduled, which the office staff replied yes, and gave me a phone number, and said they sent a referral a few weeks ago. to the Specialist they wanted my Mother to see. When I called the office to set up the appt. I was told they do not accept my Mothers insurance and they told Dr. Baker's office that. When I called Dr. Bakers office, I was told by the office staff for me to contact my Mother's insurance to found out which doctor she can see. I have never in my life been told by any doctor's office call my insurance. This office is very COLD and uncaring. I'm trying to get help for my Mother who has Dementia, I feel this office doesn't care. I read Dr. Bakers Bio on the website, "she enjoys learning new things each day from the variety of people she interacts with. Dr. Baker counts it her responsibility to stand up for her patients and make sure they are respected and receiving the best care. Dr. Baker is excited to be meeting patients' needs with a quality group of providers in Southern Arizona. " what is written is NOT what I have experienced from her or her staff, my Mother and all Patients deserve the BEST QUALITY CARE, not be brushed over and pushed aside

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
