I have been a patient for several years and the office messed up my yearly physical appt. So, I called to see when I could reschedule, I was told it would be over a year wait. It seems strange that the office screws up your appointment, then tells you to wait over a year for appt. That came straight from Jasmine the office manager. I hope you have better customer service.

We’ve gone to this office for several years, and I’m finally switching to a new provider. The front desk staff is always rushed, and then they are often rude and insensitive. The office doesn’t use electronic records, so everything is still done by hand. This means that for any prescriptions that are a controlled substance, you must pick it up in person. Other doctors are able to send a digital prescription directly to a pharmacy, even for a controlled substance. It is difficult to get in for an appointment, and they didn’t offer a telehealth option, even during the pandemic. Their billing system is impossible to understand, and they don’t provide accurate information at check-in or check-out about billing. They also have claimed multiple times that they have sent bills to us in the mail that we never received, and then the office threatens to report the lack of payment to a collection agency. I never pay bills late, and I know they have the correct address for me. Both Dr. Charani and Jennifer Gomez are adequate providers in terms of their care in person, but the lack of effective systems in the office make this practice very challenging to work with.

Very knowledgeable and responsive doctor who really cares about patients’ wellbeing.

I always feel better after a visit with Dr.Charani and/orJennifer.They are caring, kind and highly professional. I can't imagine ever seeking another team to care for my health needs.

Refusing to see patients only doing telemedicine. What's the point? Will be changing to another doctor who actually cares about diagnosing and treating his patients ASAP.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kimy Charani for years! He & his staff are the most caring people who are doing their jobs professionally & beyond! He’s the one who found my cancer & because of him, I am now cancer free, have been for 6 years! Accolades for Dr. Charani!

Dr. Charani and staff are wonderful..

I love Dr Charani. He always responds to my questions in a professional and helpful way. I end up seeing J Gomez a lot but that is ok too. The staff at the desk are very busy but will take care of me.
