Having had the opportunity to work with K. Carter professionally, I feel confident and comfortable seeing her as one of her patients. I found her professionally pleasant, attentive to my many questions and a competent professional who is interested in delivering patient specific ophthalmological care for my eyes. My laser surgeries went without a hitch. Her front staff are courteous , flexible in their scheduling and follow up care appts. Wait times were manageable both in the wait & exam rooms. Covid protocols were in place to my satisfaction.I recommended she add Wi-Fi capabilities for her Swan office.ABJ,RN

This doctor and her staff are excellent. They are warm, welcoming, knowledgable, and do their work in a quiet, efficient manner. On a scale of 1 to 10, Dr. Carter is a 50 with no exceptions. She explains all procedures clearly, both before and after, and is never rushed or impatient. A rarity in today's world. They don't come any better.

I very highly recommend Dr. Carter. She is not only exceptionally skilled; she makes the process easy, understandable and best of all - not at all frightening. I think most of us are uneasy having anything done to or on our eyes, but her assurance left me more than willing to take the plunge. And I am so glad I did! Having severe myopia, I was saddled with very thick lenses from early childhood, and as an adult with contacts. Dr. Carter did cataract surgery for both eyes, including correction of astigmatism and I feel like a new person! When I received a birthday greetings from her today, it reminded me what a wonderful human being as well as skilled surgeon she is, and that I had failed to leave a review. I have only the best things to say for her and her staff. Clarity Eye will always get a recommendation when my aging friends ask the inevitable question. Thank you Dr. Carter - I bless you every time I get up in the night and no longer need to fumble for my glasses just to make a very short trip to the bathroom!

Very rude front desk gal... I inquired about lens replacement surgery, she said we don't do Lasik... duh... then was nasty to me when I said I wanted lens replacement surgery but didn't have major cateracts... Dr Carter might be skilled, but she needs new staff.
