A patient’s personal choice and the decisions she is making with her input creates a patient-doctor trust that is commendable! My 90 year old mother has been seeing Dr. Willingham and nurse practitioners at this office for several years. It is becoming increasingly difficult and frustrating trying to make appointments, call with questions, etc. One can wait forever sitting on hold and listening to the most God awful music in the process. As much as we like the Dr and NP's, I am ready to look elsewhere for my mother.l

Dr Willingham explains things well but is impossible to get in touch with or get a return call from. It is difficult to get an appointment within a week when I'm sick. Getting medical records sent to another doctor for treatment doesn't happen even when I needed surgery. I would suggest you keep looking for a doctor.
