List of Lisa C Lane's Reviews
Excellent and thorough
Dr. Lane is professional, as well as really gifted! I needed both eyes treated, ( cataracts), due to age And previous traumatic injuries. Before Dr. Lane, I had been seen by Hodges and another firm, and both were worthless due to insurance issues etc. Arizona Eye Consultants DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED, and did it well! I am 67 years old, and can see everything this world has to offer! Thank you Dr. Lane!
Do not use this facility or any other from this company. I have been dealing with them for 6 months. I went in for a yearly eye exam covered by my ins. They have done anything possible to try to suck extra money from me. Every call to them to try to resolve the issues. Ends with a different amount that I owe them for an eye exam covered completely by my ins. They are trying to suck money out of you any way possible. This is the opposite of transparent billing.
Though her office is very busy, and I understand that some people have felt rushed so gave low ratings, the most important thing to me is whether someone is a good doctor. Though might sometimes be lacking in friendliness, Dr. Lane is a good doctor who listens, isn't quick to surgery, and is thorough. Give me a good doctor over a good personality any day.
I definitely recommend Dr. Lisa Lane. She recently performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. I found her to be outstanding as both a surgeon and doctor. She is caring and interested in what was best for me NOT in selling expensive lenses. I found her forthcoming, frank and patient. I plan to continue seeing her as my primary ophthalmologist. Thank you, Dr. Lane, for being a wonderful caregiver.
Dr. Lisa Lane recently performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. She was excellent. I consider her to be an outstanding and gifted surgeon and a caring doctor. My surgery had no complications and as soon as the bandages came off the next day, I had 20/20 vision. This exceeded my expectations. I thought I'd have blurry vision for at least a few days based on the research I'd done prior to surgery. I highly recommend, Dr. Lane.
Dr. Lane performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. As soon as the bandages were removed the next day, I amazingly had 20/20 vision! She is a wonderful, caring surgeon and doctor. I discovered that one of her greatest wishes was to help other people by "fixing" problems. This wish is what led her into ophthalmology. She indeed does that with her talented hands and lovely heart. I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Lane. And the care I received at Carondolet Foothills Surgery Center was exceptional. I was treated with kindness and patience. Thank you everyone.
Rushed
The office is always very busy, so sometimes you wait. Dr Lisa Lane is the Best. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain procedures. I had double Cataract surgeries & absolutely no pain or problems. Vision is crystal clear with brighter colors. Like the eyes of a Child.
Check-in and pre-exam went well. Escorted to one of Dr. Lanes exam rooms, and told " Dr Lne will be with you shortl." 45 minutes later-still no Dr Lane. Contacted a Technician, and told her I was taking my records to the front check-out desk and had not seen the doctor at all. Spoke with the manager and although she was polite didn't see too concerned about the fact that I'd still not seen the doctor. Here's a thought, When a technician shows you to an exam room, there should be periodic checks to be sure things are "all right," and let the patient know if there a delay. In my case, the 45 minutes, I could have had a stroke or heart attack and nobody would have known until the doctor showed up. Not a happy thought.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
